Overall, everything was ideal. At first I was a little unhappy about facing the parking lot and highway but it was quiet.
Vicinity
Wanted to pay cash at check in. However, they held a $50 dollar deposit for up to 5 days. Had 1k in my pocket worked 13 hours and didn't feel like going to bank.
Now im waiting for my $50 back
Money scam, interest being made by someone
The little "laid back" dinner was good, and we didn't have to go looking for a restaurant after long day on the road.
Highway location can be a bit noisy but we were far away as per request.
The room was great. Staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed here many times. Drury is our hotel of choice.
Everything was great.
I’ve stayed here through my company off and on for the past four years. Usually on a Thursday. I am grateful for the evening meal but it is always the same meal. I’ve never had anything on a Thursday other than baked potato, baked beans and bbq pork sliders. The hot dog buns were very old and needed to be fresh - they’ve been there a while. They offer soup, salad, nachos and had coleslaw off on the side counters but that center hot bar needs some changes. I’m not talking about just switching up the days rotation - an entire menu revamp. As a Chef in the business I know it can be done - No faults to the kitchen staff (their great) - and just doing what they are dictated and budgeted to do - How bout reducing the free alcoholic beverage to 1 and put that money into the food. I don’t drink so I could care less about free alcohol - I want a good meal. It’s part of the reason my company puts us up here - so we don’t have to expense dinner since it’s provided. It is worked into the reservation price one way or another. Change the whole menu please….

People smoke. Designate a smoking area. Running out to the curb is cruel. People smoke just like they drink
The elevators were not working and I am unable to climb stairs. Since everyone staying there had to climb stairs it was very loud all night due to door slamming and stomping up and down the stairs. Unable to see the bottom of the pool kept us from using it, the water was very cloudy for an indoor pool.

Breakfast was good! Location was good to hospital that we needed to go to.
