Un hotel muy correcto. Para repetir
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de zonas de ocio y muy bien comunicado pero sin estar en el centro de la acción. Muy cerca de un parque y a 50mts de una estación de metro.
Las instalaciones son estupendas y aunque las habitaciones y en especial el cuarto de baño, sean muy pequeñas (como es habitual en Japón), el hotel cuenta con un baño comunitario tradicional japonés muy amplio, agradable y con todo lujo de detalles (vale la pena probarlo).
El desayuno es espectacular, estilo japonés con mucha variedad de comida además de bollería y pan para quien prefiera un desayuno más europeo. Vale la pena.

Cons:

El check-out me parece demasiado justo. La hora límite son las 10:00h mientras que el check-in no se puede hacer antes de las 15:00h.

Pros:

Great location close to Shinjuku closer to Gyoemmae park and a bit quieter. Hotel is very clean and they offer a good breakfast. Staff is very helpful.

Cons:

While the rooms are nice, the double rooms can be extremely tight for two people.

Séjours de 2/3 nuits c'est suffisant pour une petite chambre.Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Très pratique d'avoir la réception et de pouvoir confier nos valises avant le check in et après le check out afin de profiter au maximum de nos séjours de shopping ou visites sans être encombrer avec nos valises en cette période de fortes pluies.
Une large proposition pour le petit déjeuner qui vous remplit bien l'estomac sans vraiment besoin de prendre le déjeuner par la suite pour faire des visites.
APA hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville très attractive ( boutiques/ restos) et à deux pas du métro station M10 : Shinjuku gyoemmae ( ligne Marunouchi ) et pas si loin en métro du quartier de Godzilla le fameux montre dinosaure et le fameux Shibuya très animé du matin au soir ( stations Z01 ou F16 ou G01 des 3 lignes de métros)
Le personnel est au top et très à l'écoute de vos besoins et vous assiste pour remplir le check in.
Tout est propre dans la chambre.
Le point fort : à quelques métres du Jardin Shinjuku, nous ne pouvons pas le visiter car il pleuvait trop en cette période d'été mais il est préférable de le visiter au printemps pour voir la fleuraison des cerisiers.
La proximité du métro, des attractions et les prix d'hébergement très compétitifs. On était près à payer un peu plus pour avoir une chambre à plus de 20m2 mais on n'a pas cette option.

Cons:

Le hall de la réceprion est trop petit aux heures de pointes de l'arrivée du check in.
Comme j'ai dit dans mes observations de tous les APA hôtels que j'ai séjourné à Osaka, la chambre de 11m2 est trop petit pour un couple car nous avions presque peu de place pour circuler dans la chambre lorsque nous ouvrons nos valises et pas de possibilité de ranger les vêtement en placard.
Le WC est dans la même pièce que la salle de bain.
