Okay, but probably wouldn't book again.
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean.

Cons:

Room was really small, the bathroom was difficult to move around in (bath too deep! would be great to have a standard walk in shower). Generally so busy that it was long waits for the lifts; and staff were okay but seemed not helpful with luggage forwarding. I asked for Yamato but they pushed Japan Post which wouldn't take my bag because it was too heavy. I see the Yamato truck outside all the time, felt like the staff just didn't want to help. Personally, I probably wouldn't choose this place again. It served a purpose, but there's just too many people around that made things like the lifts, laundry and generally getting staff attention difficult. If I did stay here again I'd book the largest room possible. If you're two people, the double is going to be too small.

Pros:

Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο κ στο σταθμό! 2 λεπτά από την μια γραμμή με μετρό κ 9 λεπτά από την άλλη! Ήσυχη περιοχή σε σχέση με το κέντρο της Shinjuku με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό! Επίσης είχε free spa

Δεν ήταν κάτι συγκεκριμένο, παλιά πλυντήρια κ στεγνωτήρια κ πάντα ο ανελκυστήρας κατειλημμένος λόγω επισκεψιμότητας στα σπα που ήταν στο υπογειο!

A nasty expensive experience
Pros:

Nothing vry expensive for a tiny twin room.

Cons:

Check in staff was very rude. You have to do the check work yourself while they stood and watched. The beds were extremely unvomfotyabl and pillows the worst I have ever come across. A duvet so hot I didn't sleep for two nights. Wifi was ludlctous you had to log on for reception, log ln again for your room

Central , fun . The staff were very helpful .

I liked, that the windows opened and that there was an open sky in the central vestibule . A treat to have fresh air circulating through out the premises .

There were, so many people waiting for their room downstairs, in the small foyer .

Ok for short stay
Pros:

The location was ok. Family Mart only 50m from the lobby, small restaurants along the street nearby.

Cons:

Check in was chaotic. It was busy and the layout of the lobby with electronic check in did not make for smooth check in.
As for most Japanese hotels, the twin room was tiny and cramped. The shower was not disability friendly with a bathtub with very high sides.
Elevator always busy.
Very noisy hotel also.

Great short stay in ideal location
Pros:

The location was great, close to Shinjuku Station making it very easy to get around. Rooms were compact but had everything you needed. The fridge was a great addition to the room, air con, hot shower with good water pressure, also cold drinkable water tap in the room, space under the bed for cases, friendly and helpful staff, microwave and ice machine available to use in the hotel.

Cons:

No view from window, only opened a few cms and the glass was frosted. Also construction work ongoing opposite hotel. This was mentioned when booking and again when we checked in but the noise was all night long, sometimes starting at 3am, so woke us up a few times. If it was just in the day it would be fine but overnight seems unnecessary and inconsiderate.
