Pros:

Location was good. Staff was friendly upon check in and storing luggage.

Cons:

Elevators were quite slow, especially during peak times. Had to wait quite a bit.

Room was small, which is fine for the price.

Check out seems an hour earlier than other places, which is usually 11:00am. Here it is 10:00am and feels automated. Not sure but it is implied that if you’re a minute late down the elevator there could potentially be a charge.

Very good impressions - we would recommend this place to others.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, linens, and towels.
Excellent location close to Shinjuku Gyoen and Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station.
Staff answered all of our questions and were very helpful.
Very tasty breakfast with a large variety of dishes. Clean and cozy dining area.

Cons:

It was rather warm in the room, while the air temperature in the corridors and lobby was more comfortable. The AC is centrally regulated and guests can't control the temperature on their own.
Laundry place functions fine, but looks like it may need some renovations.

清潔感があって、布団が今まで泊まったきたホテルの中で1番ふかふかして熟睡出来ました！

Cons:

理由は分からないけど、シャワーをして出ようと思ったら、排水溝から水が溢れてて、マットがびちゃびちゃになってた。

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. On the small side,but expected that for centre of Tokyo. Good location away from the centre noise, but near enough to get to where you need.

Cons:

Although it was very clean, I feel they could do a bit more for the planet. The change of towels and robes was excessive.

Un hôtel confortable très bien situé
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche de Shinjuku (un petit quart d'heure à pied) mais à l'abri de la foule
Proximité d'une station de métro, sur la ligne Marunouchi
Proximité de commerces, cafés et restaurants
Les chambres sont modernes et bien équipées
La chambre individuelle est petite mais suffisante et bien dotée
Présence d'un Onsen dans l'établissement

Cons:

C'est un hôtel de passage (première ou dernière nuit passée à Tokyo) d'où de nombreuses allées et venues, un ascenseur très sollicité, un hall encombré de valises et une réception assez indifférente aux clients.
J'ai passé treize nuits dans l'hôtel et on m'a donné une chambre côté rue, le côté le plus exposé aux bruits de l'extérieur
Le ménage n'est fait que tous les trois jours (mais du linge de rechange est fourni tous les jours)
La climatisation est gérée de façon centralisée donc on a parfois trop chaud et parfois trop froid dans la chambre. De plus, il n'y a pas de couverture (toit) au dessus-des parties communes des étages d'où une impression d’exposition aux températures extérieures.
Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables

Had to take your towels to the public bath.There was an ice machine but no cold water machine. The bathroom was tiny and I nearly hit my head every time I used the toilet because there was not enough room.You had to step up into the bathroomThere were not enough washing machines and we couldn't get access to them beca6tbeycwere always in use.
They don't provide pajamas.
There was construction work next door to the hotel from 8am till 6pm .They advised to keep curtains closed during the stay so construction crew couldn't see in.And said noise and vibration was expected but didn't give late check-out , discount,free breakfast or any other consolation offer. The work was extensive and not mentioned on booking.com when we booked
The bathroom looked clean but smelt mouldy.
