The best of the hotel: the staff!! Adorable people: cordial, helpful, always with a smile and ready to answer your questions, your requests, to fix any problem. All my gratitude goes to them. The location is very convenient, in front of the train terminal you have all kind of transportation at few steps from the hotel. The room was super clean, with confortable bed, a refrigerator, excellent air conditioner and wifi. Despite being in a busy area, my room was very silent. Coffee every day...and delicious candies...all good and friendly!

We stayed here as a family, and the lady and gentleman at the reception were incredibly helpful and attentive! They showed us on a map, in the best possible way, where we should go and which routes to take, as well as which means of transportation we should use, which was especially helpful since we didn’t know the city at all and wanted to explore it. They were extremely hospitable, understanding, and kind! They were very attentive and went out of their way to help us. This is the best guesthouse I have ever stayed at. It is right next to the terminal, making it an amazing location for anyone with a tight holiday schedule. You can easily catch a train and get to wherever you want to go in no time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful to us. Thank you, Hotel Ciao!

Convenience Meets Comfort
Pros:

The location of this place is everything. The facility is secure and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was great... exactly what we had expected. The water and coffee were a nice treat. The breakfast tickets for the cafe down the street were a bonus! This place is a bit of a hidden gem. This place is a 5 out of 5.

Cons:

I had previously seen complaints about noise from the metro. I did not experience this. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Pros:

Great location next to the train station, convenient transit from all over town. The staff is very friendly and provide option for late checkout (it’s not free but it was very useful to have it nevertheless)

Great centralisation, comfortable room, fabulous hosts.
Pros:

The location was fantastic... literally across the road from Termini railway station and the hosts were wonderful. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist in Rome.

La habitación y el baño son bastante nuevos. Excelente atención del personal del hotel

Cons:

Olía mucho a humedad. Necesario dejar el aire acondicionado encendido. Localizado en un edificio muy antiguo y mal mantenido. Habitaciones interior sin luz. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece
