Struttura accogliente, munita di ogni confort, adeguatamente pulita. È presente una saletta comune, climatizzata, con tavoli, microonde, boccione dell'acqua, servizi igienici dove è possibile consumare pasti, rilassarsi in compagnia, aspettare la consegna della camera o il momento della partenza.
Il personale, sempre sorridente, è ben propenso ad ascoltare l'esigenza del cliente e ad andargli incontro nella risoluzione di eventuali richieste

Personale molto gentile e Posizione ottima.
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile anche a dare indicazioni, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out.
Posizione molto vicina alla stazione termini, a due passi dall’ingresso laterale, quindi molto comoda per prendere il treno o la metropolitana.
La camera ottima e pulita, con tutto il necessario.

Cons:

L’ascensore era un po’ nascosta al piano terra e un po’ datata, ma non è colpa della struttura, è per raggiungerla va fatto qualche gradino.
