Pros:

The staff were fantastic. They provided helpful directions and recommendations for activities, transport, and restaurants.

Cons:

Our room was in a separate but close location to the main reception (approx 100m). It was slightly back from the main road. This wouldn't stop us from booking again, but maybe it would be good to notify in advance - just to save the surprise on the day.

O hotel fica em frente a estação Termini o que facilitou o deslocamento para os pontos turísticos e ao aeroporto. Os quartos são confortáveis e são como nas fotos. Recepção muito atenciosa e nos passou todas as informações e mapa dos pontos turísticos. Tem vários restaurantes e padarias ao redor.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben super Tipps und eine Erklärung inklusive Lageplan bekommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

コスパと機動力重視のローマ滞在
Pros:

テルミニ駅からすぐ。メトロもバスも、空港からの特急にも乗りやすいです。重たい荷物を持っていても、入り口まではすぐに辿り着けました。
近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、レストランも多く便利な場所です。
また、数段の階段を登る必要がありますが、上階まではエレベーターがあります。
必要最低限のものは部屋に全てあり、冷蔵庫も、十分な風圧のヘアドライヤーもあります。
部屋は写真の通りで清潔でした。

Cons:

入り口がわかりづらく、他の客が入るタイミングでなければ永遠に辿り着けなかったかもしれません。チャイムを鳴らしてドアの開錠を求める必要があります。
(チェックイン以降は鍵をくれるので、自分で開けられます)
シャワーの水圧は弱めです。トイレも時間をおいて流す必要があります。ただしこれは、ローマの伝統的な建物であれば珍しくはないかもしれません。

Sehr empfehlenswert - aber zu schmales Bett.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die uns gute Tipps gaben und gleich Wasser/Kaffee anboten. Auch beide Zimmer konnten schon vor der checkin-Zeit bezogen werden.
Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude lagen sehr ruhig.
Mega zentral beim Hauptbahnhof und viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe.
Kostenloses Mini-Frühstück mit Kaffee+ Croissant an jedem Morgen in einem nahegelegenen Café - das war super!

Cons:

Das Doppel-Bett - viel zu schmal für 2 erwachsene Personen. Nur aus diesem Grund würde ich das Ciao nicht wieder buchen.

Nice and simple hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is a nice and simple hotel in Rome. The location is great, only a 2min walk to the main train station.
The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and they had a great support via WhatsApp.
We even got a breakfast voucher for a small cafe around the corner, we got a croissant and coffee there for free.
The room was simple but very clean and the towels were changed daily.

Cons:

The only small thing, the walls are quite thin you can hear your neighbours in the other rooms.
Hotel prices seem quite a lot higher in Rome, I was surprised that a standard hotel like this one was still so expensive. But during my hotel research I figured they’re all the same kind of expensive.

Cons:

私の部屋はシャワーの排水が少し問題がありました。また、エアコンから水が流れてきて、スタッフに対応を頼みました。その後エアコンは改善しましたが、排水は改善しませんでした。廊下から早朝人の声がよく聞こえてしまいました。
