Cons:

Por ficar na área muito central, há barulho a noite inteira e logo cedo pela manhã máquinas fazendo a limpeza da praça. Não me incomoda mas quem tem sono leve ou tolerância a barulho deve repensar

Quiero compartir una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Desde el primer momento todo ha sido impecable: la limpieza, las instalaciones y la atención al detalle hacen que la estancia sea realmente cómoda y agradable.

Mención especial para el recepcionista Carlos, cuya amabilidad y profesionalidad marcan la diferencia. Siempre atento, dispuesto a ayudar y con una sonrisa que te hace sentir bienvenido en todo momento.

Perfect location in the Colonial zone
Pros:

The location was truly exceptional, situated right on the main square directly across from the Cathedral in the heart of the Colonial Zone. We absolutely loved our balcony, which offered a perfect view overlooking the vibrant El Conde Street and the beautiful Palacio Consistorial. Having a quality restaurant on-site was a huge plus, and there are plenty of other great dining and shopping options nearby. The entire area felt very safe and was perfectly walkable for exploring.

Bueno definitivamente nos gusto todo 😍 buenas, amplias y lindas habitaciones. Camas súper cómodas y todo muy limpio . La ubicación y el personal de recepción todos muy atentos olvidé el nombre del que nos recibió pero con este mensaje sabes que es el ya que él ha la el idioma Alemán y nos dio un trato muy amable y excepcional para la próxima le debo su Ricola 😅 gracias por todo de seguro que volveré ❤️

Es excelente que el hotel tenga su restaurante pero los precios eran demasiado altos pero la comida y todo bien solo eso lo presciñs por las nubes
