Having to check in and out at a different location. Parking was very tight (first world problems really) and would not stop me staying again.

We only stayed overnight prior to heading to Magnetic Island but for our family of 4 it was great. Easy walk around the
Pros:

Location to city and Magnetic Island Ferry. Spacious and comfortable without being over the top.
Secure undercover parking.

Cons:

Old and dated but it suited our needs exactly.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The property was in a great position.Just a short stroll to Ridges hotel and restaurants.We had breakfast at Ridges each day.It was great value.The apartment had everything you could want.Absolutely perfect.When we checked in Jacqui from reception walked us to the apartments and also helped us get Kayo.All of the staff in the hotel restaurant were lovely and the reception staff.The pool area at the hotel was great.

Location was good.

Cons:

The place was filthy. Mould in the bathroom, we couldn't use the spa as the vets looked like they had never been cleaned. The ceiling fans were thick with dust like they had never been wiped. There was rubbish and kids toys behind the bed side tables. They clearly never cleaned behind the tables.
We had 3 people booked to stay there, yet they kept only supplying 2 towels and 2 bottles of water even though we reminded them we had 3 people.
My daughter was sick in her bed and we asked for the sheets to be changed. All they did was make the bed. She slept in vomit for 3 nights

It wasn’t as clean as I expected and there was a really bad smell in the lift and lobby area. Really poorly stocked for a unit

Comfortable self contained stay, with close access to range of restaurants for eating ouit
Pros:

5 night stay. Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for travelling friends. On third floor, with good lift access from car park. Comfortable beds, rooms layout. Close to restaurants for evening meal out. Daily cleaning, towels replacement, bed making. Straightforward key pickup-all went well
