Excellent location. Good value.
Pros:

Excellent location near 2 train stations. Comfortable and clean room with all the amenities. Although the bathroom is small (even by Japanese standard), the shower is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a cafe downstairs which is very handy even if you don't take the breakfast there.

Cons:

Just a very minor point. The lobby is small so could be crowded when many people leave their luggage there before or after check in/out.
