Will come back next time visiting Tokyo
Pros:

The location is the best. No transfer needed if come from/to Haneda Airport. It is located right outside of exit B4. We requested a very quiet room and it was indeed very quiet. The staff was very friendly. There are many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

２階は吹き抜けなので部屋の位置で雨降りの時は荷物が少し濡れる可能性があります。
土砂降りの時は気を付けた方が良いです。

以前もリクエストした事があります。
どのホテルも一緒ですが、ベッドのマットレスは、定期的に表裏、上下入れ替えてください。そうしないと沈みが戻りきらず、お尻が沈み、中心へ転がって行ってしまいます。
