Spacious rooms, warm staff.
Pros:

From check-in, I felt the warmth of the staffing team. I was checked-in by a lady who i believe is called Marvellous. She had a big bright smile on her face. I'd had a stressful couple of days with delayed baggage with the airline I flew. But her warmth was so comforting. From that point, it was a beautiful experience. The rooms are spacious, facilities are well maintained even though the building itself is an old one. Shout out to Zuriel, Raphael, Eucharia and Emmanuel who all made my stay awesome. I was moved to a more beautiful room for the last couple of nights. The staffing team will go above and beyond to make your stay glorious. The estate is secure, you require an access code to gain entry. And contrary to some reviews, it was easy to get access codes from the reception and I didn't have any issue each time I was coming back through the estate's entrance. I will definitely be returning, and will 100% recommend this hotel.

Poor breakfast, not enough clean plates, had to scavenge for cutlery from other tables, 1 glass and 1 cup in rooms meant for a couple. Cold breakfast

Pros:

I like the location within a secured estate. The room was sizeable and facilties also satisfactory.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that hotel did not have a lift, and although the door was secured and entry was via a card-key, the key hole was exposed from the outside. Also, there was limited supply of drinkable water - one bottle provided for a double room.

Not worthy the rating it has
Pros:

Good service by the front desk staff, very kind and helpful. It's at a good price and rooms are comfortable enough with good wifi.

Cons:

The location isn't great, in the depths of a residential suburb with nothing worthy close by. Getting in and out takes you a good 20 minutes with traffic. Restaurant staff give terrible service, there's always a lack of plates and cutlery and when you point it, they just bring one single plate for you instead of for your whole table.
Rooms are OK, but there's a funny smell all over the common areas.
Tour company recommended it, but we definitely would have stayed in Victoria Island if we had known better.

Bad customer service and unworthy of the price charged!

The location, the facilities, the breakfast and the location.

Cons:

The hotel rates doesn't correspond with the rate on Booking. They wasted more than half hour of our time at check in discussing exchange rates which was calculated higher than the rate on booking. Furthermore, the bathroom door was faulty and couldn't close from outside. Despite reporting this severally it was not fixed. Even when we threatened to check out if not fixed, still it was not fixed and we didn't get a refund or a compensation. What this means is that we spent two days smelling our own poop and everything else oozing from the bathroom. The room was smelling alll through our stay. And the room was dark
It was a horrible experience.
The hotel also doesn't have a lift.
