Alles super. Auch die Möglichkeit das Schokoladen Museum zu besichtigen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Alles dabei um den Tag zu starten.

Room was very cute and just the right size. Perfect location. Near everything. Breakfast was wonderful! Especially since I have Celiac Disease, they gave me a great variety of gluten free bread, pancakes, muffins, etc. Most importantly, the entire staff was very friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Ficamos no quarto “Willy Wonka” foi simplesmente fantástico a decoração, inclusive tinha na mesa de cabeceira o livro do “Charley e a fábrica de chocolate “ foi voltar no tempo e voltar a ser criança!
Os funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor gerido, penso que há muito comer o que gera muito desperdício.

The staff were very helpful. My friend was hospitalized and she help me locate where my friend was. We didn't have any problem extending our stay for another day, just so my friend could recover.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend as a place to stay.

The only small thing I would flag is that there was no door to the toilet which was a little awkward

Amazing unique hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, we will definitely be coming back! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. When our suitcase hadn't arrived, they even offered us clothes, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel itself is spotless. Our room was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom every morning. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows. The modern design and beautiful chocolate-themed décor create a unique atmosphere throughout the hotel.

And then there's the chocolate itself! The entire building smells wonderfully of chocolate. The chocolate welcome drink was delicious, and the chocolate themed breakfast was great!!

If you're a chocolate lover, this hotel is an absolute must-visit.
