בנוסף- כל בקשה קטנה לא נענתה מסיבות בירוקרטיות. ביקשתי להקפיא קרחון במקרר כי הייתי חייבתצ אותו עבור נסיעה ארוכה למחרת כדי שאוכל לצרף אותו לתרופות כדי שלא יתקלקלו. המלון סירב לאפשר לי להקפיא קרחון פלסטיק פשוט.ץ כמו כן לא היה מקפיא במיני בר. בסופו של דבר הסכימו להקפיא אחרי 3 שעות של ניסיון להסביר עד כמה הבקשה שלי פשוטה.
נתתי להם את הקרחון למהלך הלילה. בבוקר כשבאתי הקרחון היה מונח לא קפוא על דלפק הלובי. ותרופות יקרות שלי התקלקלו בסופו של דבר

The staff was really nice and helpful. The kids loved the little corner in the entrance of the dinning room during breakfast. The location is great.

Cons:

The building is a bit old and needs renovation. The aren't any activities in the hotel. The hotel is good but overpriced. Didn't get the reason why it's more expansive than most hotels around it.
