Pros:

The lunches were surprisingly good and offered a much better experience than breakfast and even dinners. The hotel has several swimming pools, good facilities for children, and various entertainment options throughout the property. Direct beach access with complimentary sunbeds was very convenient. The sauna was also enjoyable and well maintained.

Cons:

The staff seemed indifferent whenever issues were raised, giving the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Although the hotel markets itself as family-friendly and many guests travel with children, there were only two high baby chairs available for the entire hotel, making it nearly impossible to get one at dinner.

We requested a baby cot before arrival and received confirmation, but it was not available at check-in. Despite six visits to reception and repeated promises that it would arrive within 15 minutes, it was delivered only six hours later, forcing us to stay in the room waiting. Housekeeping was below expectations: towels were not consistently replaced, beds were poorly made, and the balcony was never cleaned. The duvet was provided without a proper cover.

There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms; internet access is only available in the reception area.

Breakfast quality was disappointing. Omelets were cooked with excessive oil, toppings were often missing, and the cook was unable to identify some ingredients in English. Additionally, restaurant staff would sometimes clear dirty dishes and wipe tables, then immediately touch our infant's face, which we found inappropriate.

A Very Pleasant Family Holiday
Pros:

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety every day.

The only downside was check-in, as the reception staff didn’t give us much information about the hotel or activities. Thankfully, the guest relations team was very helpful and made everything much clearer for us.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

Thank you, everything was perfect: animation, food, service, cleanliness, sauna, hamam, the sea. Every day we did morning exercises in group, that was fun and healthy. Thanks Svetlana, you made our day every day: a lot of activity for kids and teens. My 12 y.o teen was happy (swimming competition every day, fun mini-disco (especially serpantin and confetti from umbrella at the end), cards playing. Thank you Justiniano team. You are the best, especially Svetlana from animation. Nothing negative, just positive vibes. 🥰

Very good
Pros:

The staff is really kind, I asked for some soy or vegetarian milk for breakfast and they soon provided for it, they really care about their costumers. Rooms are wide and clean, food is delicious and vegan friendly. I would suggest to put some labels to indicate allergens (milk, gluten…). I really had a good stay in that hotel and I thank everyone who works there.

Очень понравилось качество еды. Выбор был не очень большой, но все блюда были приготовлены вкусно, напитки хорошие, все свежее

Gier frisst Hirn ein sehr zweischneider Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, freier Zugang zum Strand, wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Spielplatz ist okay, es gibt ausserdem ein Fussballfeld, einen Basketballkorb, eine kleine Vogelvoliere und ein Aussenschachspiel. Weitläufiges Gelände mit viel Rasen und mehreren Schwimmbecken, sowie einem Indoorpool.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht ausreichend, das gebuchte Familienzimmer war groß, hatte zwei Fernseher, also in jedem Raum einen.
Total nette Angestellte am Parkplatz. Die Frau hatte wirklich alles im Griff und das bei der typisch türkischen Parkweise von teilweise 4er Reihen nebeneinander...
Das Sylvesterfeuerwerk war sehr schön, die Ausgabe der Getränke funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Man kann halt nicht alles haben und Organisation ist nicht jedem gegeben.

Und das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven Erlebnissen.
Das Galabuffett musste separat bezahlt werden. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern fallen dann mal eben 220 Eur extra an. Das ist eine gelinde gesagt Unverschämtheit. Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren zu Sylvester ins Hotel in der Türkei (da wir hier leben, ist das eine schöne Abwechslung) aber noch nie musste ein Galamenü zu Sylvester separat bezahlt werden. Darf es vielleicht noch ein bißchen gieriger sein. ? So meine lieben Damen und Herren Manager vergrault man Gäste auf Dauer. Wir haben auf das GalaDinner dankend verzichtet. Bekannte von uns, haben daran teilgenommen und uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der Verzicht die richtige Entscheidung war. Es gab das selbe Essen wie zu Weihnachten nur diesesmal gegen Entgeld..
Das Frühstücksbuffett fand im Speisesaal ausserhalb des eigentlichen Haupthauses statt, ein reines Vergnügen bei Regen dort rüber zulaufen. Eine Ankündigung dazu gab es nur im Hotel, nicht auf den Buchungsseiten. Das Essen war durchgängig... kalt... Kalter Reis, kaltes Hähnchen, kalte Nudeln, kalte türkische Speisen.. alles sehr vielseitig und mehr als ausreichend, aber nicht wirklich lecker.
Am Neujahrstag gab es das Frühstück dann im Haupthaus, Frühstück war okay.
Die Zimmer waren wirklich erst ab 14:00 verfügbar, auch das ist mir in 5 Jahren Türkei noch nie passiert. Aber gut, alles im Rahmen der Checkin Zeiten. Die Zimmer war oberflächlich gesehen sauber, bitte nicht die Schubladen aufmachen.
Die Ausgabe der Getränke zum Anstossen aufs Neue Jahr funktioniert überhaupt nicht.
Beim Auschecken wurde uns eröffnet, dass man von Booking.com noch kein Geld erhalten habe und nun den Zimmerpreis noch einmal haben möchte.. Erst nachdem ich richtig laut geworden bin und die Aufmerksamkeit diverser Gäste auf uns gezogen habe, konnten wir dann ganz normal gehen. Sehr witzig zum Jahresanfang.
Alles im allem hat man versucht hier möglichst viel Geld mit einem dem Geld nicht angemessenem Aufwand zu erhalten.
