Pros:

Stunning location, just across from the mosque. About a ten minute walk to the closest car park. The room is compact but more than enough, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Things like a free chilled bottle of water very much appreciated (this was our last night after 14 nights travelling Spain in 7 different hotels and the majority of which, even the 4/5 * did not offer this simple thing)

Cons:

The air con was a little slow in picking up, it did keep the room chilled, but during the very height of summer, may struggle a little. Although it was 34 when we arrived, so maybe expecting too much!!

Location, location, location; do not look anymore , just book it now!!
Pros:

Tudo, espetacular, proprietária e funcionárias muito simpáticas, atenciosas e nos ajudaram muito. Hotel lindo, novo. moderno, em prédio típico e em frente à Mesquita; linda vista do rooftop, praticamente dentro da Mesquita. Wi-Fi ótimo, quarto excelente, cama , banho, etc; café da manhã excelente, com frutas, ovos, etc, com tudo. Não consigo imaginar não me hospedar aqui.

One of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
Cons:

Upon returning to the hotel at 23:16, the key card issued only a few hours earlier no longer worked, leaving us unable to enter either the hotel or our room(reception is open until 22:00). The emergency number provided at check-in and displayed at the entrance was unreachable despite repeated calls. We were only able to access the building thanks to the help of another guest, while staff from a neighbouring hotel ultimately assisted us in reaching someone from the property.Without their help, we would have remained locked outside.The hotel later pointed out that we had received two key cards. However, the second card was provided at our request in case one of us left the room while the other stayed behind, not because guests are expected to carry multiple cards at all times. Guests should not be responsible for preventing access failures caused by the hotel's own system.
What is unacceptable is that a hotel relying entirely on electronic key card access during the night does not ensure immediate and reliable assistance when that system fails. No guest should have to depend on strangers or seek help from another hotel in order to gain access to the accommodation they have paid for.Most disappointing of all was the attitude we encountered when help finally arrived. Rather than receiving an apology for the inconvenience and stress caused, we were addressed in a manner that felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational.
The issue was not the faulty key card itself, as technical problems can happen anywhere. The issue was the complete lack of assistance when it happened, the fact that we were unable to reach the emergency contact provided by the hotel, and the unprofessional attitude we encountered when help finally arrived.While we appreciate the hotel's later apology, the experience itself reflected poor communication, inadequate emergency support, and a level of service that fell far below our expectations.

La ubicación que tiene el hotel , es fantástica, y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

La habitación, que da al exterior. Se escucha absolutamente todo y para conciliar el sueño cuesta. Y las cortinas , no eran totalmente opacas y entraba un poco de claridad
