Excelente hotel, comida y limpieza.
El hotel es muy bueno y las habitaciones son super agradables tienen muy buena iluminación, un clóset cómodo, una barra para comida y las cortinas tapan al 100% la luz, por lo que estoy muy muy conforme con el servicio prestado en el cuarto.
El restaurante es muy bueno y tiene gran sabor. Lo que siempre destaca cuando voy en familia es la atención de Enrique, el "chef mesero", quien es sumamente cordial y atento; por él recomiendo ampliamente el restaurante.
Asimismo, la limpieza en la habitación fue de primera gracias al gran trabajo de Guillermo.
Ambos colaboradores deberían ser formalmente reconocidos por la administración y recompensados con estímulos económicos ($$) que valoren su esfuerzo, mejoren su calidad de vida para que ellos sigan motivados y la excelencia no decaiga en el servicio.
El servicio desmerita las buenas instalaciones.
El hotel es muy bueno, pero el servicio se devalúa por la mala atención en recepción. Me refiero únicamente a la señorita más joven (de pelo largo y negro), quien debería ser más amable y dar un trato más cordial a todos. Este tipo de actitudes devalúa el esfuerzo de los demás y el servicio prestado. Espero que la nueva administración tome cartas en el asunto, ya que una buena atención es fundamental para mantener el nivel de un establecimiento.

Large room with a comfortable bed. Nice view looking out to Torre Latino and Bellas Artes. Very close to Doctores Metro. Fantastic price.
Only issue was that for me the pillow was too hard and too thick. This is a personal preference.

I booked through Booking.com as Hotel Max, but the room and facilities provided were clearly branded MaxINTIMO. Our room key, pillow, linens, entrance, and reception area all displayed MaxINTIMO branding.
The property says Hotel Max and MaxINTIMO are separate operations, but they are not. This was not clear from the Booking.com listing and not during our experience upon arrival.
