Pros:

The kindness and understanding of the stuff was remarkable. I have special needs and they made themselves available without me even. I was touched.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like, but guests should be aware that it is an old building and the stairway is quite steep!

Un petit hôtel plein de charme situé au cœur de Bordeaux à deux pas de la place Gambetta. Propre, confortable, un personnel chaleureux. Une climatisation efficace ! Un hôtel que je recommande fortement !

La literie est très confortable et la climatisation est appréciable avec de fortes températures

Cons:

Pas de place de parking alors que c’est un critère choisi.
Dans la douche de la chambre que nous avons eu, le receveur de douche a été installé à l’envers. Il n’y a plus de grille et donc c’est très dangereux car le trou de l’évacuation est au milieu de la paroi de douche.

Cons:

Room and bathroom very small with toilet on opposite side other room from main bathroom. Air conditioner worked but I’d start leaking during our stay. As we were there on a long weekend the staff weren’t able to get anyone there to fix it and they were very apologetic, the dripping was a little annoying but not a dealbreaker to the stay.

Struttura in posizione molto comoda. Pulita. Personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

Costo a mio parere eccessivo rispetto al livello della struttura (scale da sistemare, piante da sostituire, apertura doccia rotta, devi comunicare quando vuoi riprendere la macchina perché il parcheggio è molto stretto).
