Tasty breakfast, great location quiet and helpful staff
Pros:

Really lovely spa. very well thought out. Nice theme , small so quite cosy as not many other users.

Cons:

downside is its only open from 4pm till 10pm and there is no mention on here that it is 10 euros per person for 2 hours

Enttäuschend und zu teuer! Hochtrabender Name, der falsche Erwartungen weckt!
Pros:

Positiv waren lediglich:
+) die SEHR freundliche junge Dame an der Rezeption.
+) die Lage: man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am Hauptplatz
+) Parkplatz direkt in Hotelnähe
+) Frühstück war ok.
Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt und können nichts dazu sagen.

Cons:

Wir erhielten ein eher kleines Zimmer unterm Dach mit schrägen Wänden, in dem es trotz Klimaanlage 27 Grad hatte. Die Klimaanlage hat fast keine Leistung und dürfte schon sehr altersschwach sein. Fenster hinaus zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse, also musste man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, wobei es im Zimmer ungemütlich heiss war. Das ganze Hotel ist ein Labyrinth aus Stiegen. Ohne Hilfe hätten wie unser Zimmer nie gefunden. Wegen der vielen Stiegen und Treppen ist das Hotel absolut ungeeignet für Personen mit Gehproblemen. Der Name Golden Royal Boutique ist ausserst hochtrabend und vermittelt etwas, das nicht geboten wird. Nur ein paar antiquierter Möbel machen aus dem verwinkelten Altbau kein Luxushotel. Wir waren einigermaßen enttäuscht, weil auch das Preisniveau eigentlich eine höhere Leistung erwarten liess.

Hotel is old as it says boutique. Too many steps zig zag rooms . Customer service excellent
Pros:

Customer service and breakfast very kind and compassionate receptionist and manager

Cons:

Too many steps to climb to go to my room I climbed 44 steps counted to get my zig zag room with my heavy 18 kg luggage although reception lady helped me. No elevator. Carpets smell old . Old boutique hotel. Not recommended for seniors over 65 . Children will probably love it climbing up and down making noise .

Sajnos nem a legjobb
Pros:

Központi elhelyezkedés, ingyenes parkolás az utcán, kényelmes ágy, nagy szoba.

Cons:

Főleg a Spa használat miatt választottuk ezt a szállást, a helyszínre érve kaptuk a tájékoztatást hogy csak előre foglalással lehet használni extra felárért, így egy hosszú nap után nem tudtuk igénybe venni a wellness részleget mert már nem volt hely és csak egy napot maradtunk. A fürdőszobában a wc-t alig lehetett lehúzni mert fontosabb volt a design. Lift nem volt, a reggeli pedig semmi extra, néhány légy társaságában. Az ár egyáltalán nem tükrözte a minőséget. Sajnáljuk 😕
