The staff were nice and it was fairly quiet. Also the breakfast was very nice.
Room wasn't very clean - dead insects around the window, towels were stained. Also tv didn't work on any channel - couldn't get signal. The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and sounded pretty knackered. The mattress felt very uneven which was quite uncomfortable.
Rooms were spacious, comfortable and inviting. Staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and attentive and the food was brilliant.
Lovely welcoming staff and excellent service. Rhea stood out in particular.
Nicely decorated room with en-suite and toiletries provided.

Breakfast was very good
Room was old there was a smell from the bathroom also the TV remote didn’t work and the room was next to an outside eating/drinking area. Struggling to turn of the shower as taps were faulty.
