The hotel was modern, well-maintained and comfortable.... my stay was cut short by airline flights.

Location was perfect because I was in between flights. There was NO TIME to enjoy ammenities, breakfast or anything else.

Cons:

When I checked in I was shocked and dismayed by the extreme annoyance and loudness of the "ambient music"! I was really perturbed by it! I could not converse with the staff and I explained it to her. She indicated that she had no control over the oppressive volume. This very loud obnoxious music is detrimental to good hotel/client/guest relations !!! It must be DISCONTINUED. Allow the local staff to control their own volume.

Relaxed and easy stay.
Pros:

Nothing in this world is perfect but this place was very very good. Welcoming and friendly service, the detail of the soaps in the shower that were quite luxurious, the soundproofed windows that gave a view of planes arriving and taking off without too much disturbance and the overall accommodation of our wants and needs. A good and varied breakfast menu that tasted as good as it read. oh and unique cocktails to end the day.

Cons:

The Halo bar and bistro was at times quite loud with music - but were served in the quiet library if we chose. And if you are sensitive to airconditioning, take a scarf to the bistro/bar - it is quite cool.
