Been pleasant staying here, they served me wholeheartedly, I forget the person name who handled me when checking in, but among the other front desks, only he gave a smile without any work formalities, it doesn't mean the others are bad, the others also provide very good service. But for me, the only one who impressed me was him even though he forgot to register my car's plate number, but he is really friendly and had fun energy, overall it's pleasant to stay there, but a bit less detailed when I extended from 3 days 2 nights to 4 days 3 nights, on the last day, they also forgot to re-register the plate number haha ​​it doesn't matter but just make me a bit stuck at the gate when about to c/o and make other cars behind me wait a little longer, ther first time i got stuck I tried to call several times to their office number by whatsapp but taking awhile to answer probably because it's early in the morning.more importantly it closes tp any thibgs

A quite room.

Very good experience staying at the hotel. There is a surprise birthday setup in the room. All the facility in the room is very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and delicious. Even the pool is good for that size not to big and not to small. All of the staff is very friendly.

Such a amazing stay, the service was perfect. Chekin proses very smooth and quickly. Special thanks to mas Rezky and mba Karen for the kindness hospitality during we stay. Surely will comeback soon

The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The buffet had a wide selection of menus (international & Indonesian food). The taste was really delicious & satisfying. The staff service was excellent, they were very friendly & helpful, especially Mr.Acmal. This is the best & recommended hotel to stay around Kuningan-Jakarta. I will not hesitate to come again. Nice room.. food for the breakfast n the all facility

Very nice stay. Very clean room and spacious. Suitable for family with children/babies. The staff are also very helpful. We will definitely come back here very time soon
