Es war wieder eine Geburtstagsreise,Danke nochmal an das Personal die mir zu meinen Geburtstag eine Flasch Sekt zum Frühstück bereit gestelt hat.Frühstück und Abendbrot war super .Viele essen Abends nicht immer warm,es müßte auch eine Kalte Platte da sein.Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.Für mich steht fest ich komme wieder.

Hermoso hotel, excelente desayuno y una ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo, con un entorno espectacular rodeado de parques y jardines. Nos gustó mucho que el funicular que conecta el hotel con el centro de Karlovy Vary estuviera incluido, ya que hace muy cómodo el traslado. La habitación era amplia, con una hermosa vista y una cama muy cómoda. El desayuno tipo buffet fue excelente, con muchísima variedad y muy buena calidad. Además, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y servicio de valet parking, lo que facilita mucho la estadía si se viaja en auto.

Cons:

Lo único que nos resultó poco cómodo fue la ducha. El baño solo tiene bañera y la ducha de mano está instalada en un soporte fijo en la pared que apunta casi en posición horizontal. Esto hace que ducharse de pie no sea práctico ni cómodo, por lo que hay que sostener la ducha con una mano durante todo el baño. Sería una buena mejora contar con un soporte regulable o una ducha superior.

Enjoyed my comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable transportation to the city center. Clean. Delicious food ( breakfast, dinner). Gorgeous view through the windows ( 6th floor).
