Pros:

Snídaně slabší, každý den téměř stejné. Ovšem zde to vynahradí prostředí, výhledy a pocit volnosti. Krásná terasa, která je opravdu velká...

Cons:

Hotel si účtuje poplatky i když je uvedeno cena zahrnující daně i poplatky.
Welness je malinké a již dost pamatuje.
Není klimatizace. Naštěstí nebyli vedra.

I would like personally to thank to the receptionist Andy. He was very kind and helpful in order to solve some of our inconveniences. We enjoy out staying in the Imperial Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Pěkný hotel, byť drahý, se skvělou kuchyní.
Pros:

Líbil se mi výhled z hotelu, velké vzdušné prostory hotelu, vnitřní bazén (i když venkovní bych uvítal více), snídaně byly výborné, večeře přímo vynikající.

Cons:

Horší je umístění hotelu v kopci a parkoviště umístěné pod hotelem. Hotel nemá klimatizaci, což bylo v době mé návštěvy ve 35 st.C. téměř neúnosné.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome. They were always friendly, patient, and willing to help with every question and request, always with a smile. Un lugar único y mágico. Totalmente recomendado.
Pros:

Hay lugares que te sorprenden y luego hay lugares que te dejan sin palabras. El Spa Imperial es de los segundos.
Para los amantes del cine, es imposible no pensar en el Grand Hotel Budapest de Wes Anderson nada más llegar — esa misma magia visual, esa atmósfera de otro tiempo, esa sensación de haber entrado en una película. Y no es casualidad, ya que el hotel sirvió de inspiración para el filme. Caminar por sus espacios es literalmente sentirse dentro de la pantalla.
Todo es bonito, todo está cuidado. Los jardines son preciosos, la posición privilegiada con el funicular para subir le da un encanto especial, la piscina y el spa son una experiencia en sí mismos.
En cuanto al personal, fueron en todo momento correctos .
Todo respira una magia difícil de describir con palabras — hay que vivirlo.

Cons:

Durante nuestra estancia disfrutamos enormemente del buffet de desayuno y cena — rico, bien cocinado y servido en un salón precioso que formaba parte de la experiencia del hotel.

Sin embargo, nos sorprendió que retiraban el buffet sin avisar previamente a los comensales que estaban cenando en las mesas. En hoteles de este nivel es habitual que el personal se acerque a los huéspedes para informarles con antelación de que van a recoger el buffet — un gesto sencillo que permite aprovechar los últimos momentos y cerrar la experiencia con calma y sin sorpresas.

Es una pequeña costumbre que marca la diferencia y que esperaríamos encontrar en un establecimiento de esta categoría.

Заселили раньше расчетного времени. При заезде выдаётся карта ключ от номера, по ней же можно передвигаться в город на автобусе номер 2 и 13, а также на фуникулёре до колоннад с минеральной водой. В номере предоставлен набор для кофе, также 2 приветственные бутылки воды

Cons:

Нет системы кондиционирования в здании в целом, ни в ресторане ни в номерах, при заселении в номер с солнечной стороны находится в дневное время невозможно. Понятно что не портят здание выносными блоками, но можно и внутри поставить стационарные. В ванной комнате невозможно нормально принимать душ, в ванной не предусмотрено крепление лейки душа на стене, приходится держать и поливать себя. В бассейне всего одна сауна. Утром проводятся тренировки с пациентами, просто придти и поплавать в бассейне не получилось. Расположен на горе и для неподготовленных гостей будет трудно выходить и возвращаться в отель

Второй раз в этом отеле и точно не последний.
Pros:

Очень просторные номера, большая ванная комната. Очень чисто и красиво. Вокруг лес. Очень удобно с фуникулером в город ездить.

Cons:

Тут дело даже не в отеле , но если номер выходит на лес и на дорогу, то очень сильно слышно мотоциклов, а их летом очень много.

I came here for the second time. Last time we were staying only for 2 nights. This time I was staying for almost a week because I was hoping to have some medical treatments but that was a huge mistake and a disappointment

Cons:

Very unfriendly and unprofessional stuff with a lack of respect. People don’t know English enough for a basic conversation. On the other hand they refuse to speak any other language. From the moment we arrived it was a feeling that we are a suspect in stealing or something. For example, a person who did a massage (well, the quality of his massage was like he is just a stranger who was asked to play a role) started laughing at my disability when he saw that. It was soo uncomfortable and unprofessional. I decided not to do a big deal from that, but it put a huge impact on my mental health. He is on the ground floor room c028.

נחמד בשביל להרגע

המבנה יפהפה והמיקום נפלא.. באמת עיצוב מפנק. המזנון עשיר למדי עם לא מעט אפשרויות בריאות וטעימות. הג'קוזי והברכה מבריקים ומפנקים. המיטה נוחה מאד והרכבל למטה נחמד מאד בחום . רב האנשים בקבלה מאד נחמדים וגם בקפה וינה . הטיפול פנים בסלון יופי היה מטורף (בתשלום נפרד אבל שווה כל גרוש)

Cons:

הטלביזיה פצפונת והחדר ככ גדול שלא רואים כלום מהמיטה. הגענו לכמה ימים של למעלה מ 30 מעלות ואין מזגנים בכל המלון וגם לא מאווררים, כשפותחים חלונות זה לא מספיק עד 2 בבוקר כשמתחילה רוח אבל גם משאיות....האוכל חוזר על עצמו מידי בוקר וערב....אבל הכי מאכזב זה מרכז הטיפולים שבשבילו בעצם מגיעים: 1. אף אחד פשוט אף אחד שם מבין עשרות אנשים צוות לא מדבר מילה אנגלית! 2. הטיפולים בין 15-20 דקות ולא מאד טובים, מקבלים פחות ממה שמובטח בחבילה.
