Pros:

Pracují zde skvělí lidé , mají zde dobré jídlo , perzonál se na vás usmívá z dálky a je jedno jestli je to manažer, pokojská nebo recepční vždy se usmívají a pozdraví vás klidně 5x za den !!!! Okolí je také bezvadné , je to kousek na kolonádu a z kolonády k hotelu jede bus i lanovka takže super !!!

Cons:

Právě naopak, tento hotel je jeden z mála kde je vše ještě naprosto v pořádku a funguje je to jak má a kdo bude tvrdit opak tak to nemá v hlavě v pořádku!!!

- Tolle Lage sehr exponiert über Karlsbad
- Reinigung der Zimmer ist vorbildlich, diese waren immer sehr sehr sauber
- man darf die imperial Bahn kostenlos benutzen (ist in Hotelpreis inkludiert)

Cons:

- Ankunft etwas chaotisch mit mehreren Koffern, parken vor dem Gebäude schwierig
- 30€ für einen kleinenHund pro Nacht

Man sollte in Karlsbad gewesen sein, aber nicht unbedingt im Hotel Imperial.
Pros:

Das gewaltige Gebäude mit seiner großzügigen Architektur ist beeindruckend. Hinzu kommt noch die Lage des Hotels auf einem Hügel, die einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt erlaubt. Also unbedingt Zimmer mit Stadtblick buchen! Frühstück und Abendessen waren so, wie man es von einen 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Cons:

Das Niveau im Speisesaal passt nicht zum 5-Sterne Hotel: Keine Tischdecken, nur kleine Platzdeckchen auf den Holztischen und darüber hinaus Gäste in einer Kleidung, in der sie in anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie vom Restaurantchef zurück ins Zimmer zum Umziehen geschickt worden wären.

Köppen entspricht nicht nur 5 Sterne hotel. Bei Frühstück Zu wenig Assarkment Zum Essen Alles breit gelegt, Aber Auswahl Wenige Als bei 3 Sterne Hotel. Booking Soll richtige Prüfung machen. Und nicht zu belügen.

Einmal Grand Hotel Gefühl.
Cons:

Dass der Nachbar über mir sehr laut war dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts - war aber leider der Wehrmutstropfen, schade. Ansonsten eine sehr besondere Erfahrung.

War ok, würde beim nächsten Mal ins Grand Hotel Pupp wechseln

Gute Lage auf dem Berg mit toller Aussicht. Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit Seilbahn perfekt.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Da haben wir in 3 Sternehotels schon wesentlich Besseres erlebt.

Hotel na krásném místě s výhledem na Karlovy Vary, lanovka od hotelu do centra zdarma. Prostorné pokoje, pohodlné postele. Teplý bazén s vířivkami a saunou. Polopenze formou bufetu velice pestrá, stále doplňováno. Velice profesionální a vstřícný personál.

Nedodržování dress codu v restauraci.
