Cons:

Veraltetes Hotel, kein Flair, störende Geräusche im Zimmer und Frühstücksraum. Viel zu teuer für das, was einem geboten wird. Keine zeitnahe Verfügbarkeit von Spa-Leistungen bei Buchung vor Ort.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast buffet! The staff was very friendly and accommodating during out stay! The hotel was royally excellent! Very prestigious and welcoming!

Hervorragendes Hotel in Karlsbad
Pros:

Man fühlt sich hier als Hotelgadt noch sehr willkommen und geschätzt. Mit dem Gepäck wird geholfen und sogar das Auto wird einem am hoteleigenen Parkplatz geparkt.

Die Lage im Grünen ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Im Buffetresraurant, Café Vienna und Restaurant Paris ist die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen hervorragend.

Die Standseilbahn und Busse in die Stadt können gratis benutzt werden.
