warm welcome to a very nice room
Lots of parking.
Not quite what I was expecting Country House is a bit misleading.
No staff or other customers were there when we arrived.
Breakfast was extra. I won’t argue that I thought I had booked breakfast as maybe I hadn’t. But it is something I ensure is offered at the time of booking.

Road access is a bit narrow
A pretty house with big grounds, plenty of parking and comfortable bedrooms - the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in.
We couldn’t have dinner at the property, apparently because we were the only guests, although others arrived late in the night. We had to specifically request breakfast, which was a bit unusual. Sharon who cooked us breakfast was a sweetheart. We couldn’t have morning showers either, as the water was either very cold or too hot to tolerate. It seems that the property is mainly a venue for events and perhaps the hotel part is a sideline?
Amazing location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely top notch. Can't wait to come back!
The property was beautiful.Very classy and beautifully furnished. The tables were laid out beautifully with clean linen and beautiful glasses .we were presently surprised.

Stay with Steve he is a great fella and runs a lovely guest house. Definitely stay again when in the area!
The property had great character but with a modern touch , was Lovely, clean and tidy . Marius the chef was out of this world , great cook and really cared about what he was doing and that we were ok the whole time . One of the nicest guys we’ve met . Steve the owner was also a really nice man and very welcoming , would recommend this property to anyone . Go and support them guys you won’t be disappointed.
