Pros:

Friendly & helpful hotel staff.
Adequate carpark.
Location are easily accessible although in the center of the city.

Cons:

No indoor slipper.
Not provide individual iron & iron board. Need to go to the ironing room to do the ironing.

Overall, its a good hotel to stay but the management need to improve on the hospitality aspect, manners & OKU facili

The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was moderate.

Cons:

OKU toilet at lobby was locked although it was informed of OKU guest in the booking form & the frontdesk officer. The security officer on duty was unacceptably rude.

Nice location and basic stay
Pros:

The reception area is huge and majestic looking. It's elegant with nice decor. The room is big, but a bit old. The location is excellent, very near to town centre

Cons:

It's an old building, with some old material that sometime quite old. Although some of the furniture is old, but it is still functioning. The entertainment slot like TV and radio seems not variety
