We had great experience with the hotel, they are so kind and helpful with every need we had. The room had everything we needed, starting with phone charger (with all kinds of connections), Japanese power adapter, toothbrush and more.
The entrance to the hotel have wonderful frash flowers to welcome you in.
It located in a great place with an access to the underground train with elevator few meter from the hotel entrance.
Highly recommend.
We will be sure to come back.

o quarto é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. localização espetacular. cafe da manha japonês e ocidental muito caprichado. equipe muito solicita e atenciosa.

The only positive aspect of this supposedly 5 star hotel is the location.

Cons:

Other aspects didn't seem like 5 star. Transport arrangements of the luggage was done last minute, obliging to interrupt our itinerary and come back to hotel to deliver the luggage with no compensation. Although the room was in the upper floors, view from the room was disappointing. Layout of room doesn't really allow for opening two luggages at the same time.

This is our second home in tokyo.
Pros:

Locations and rooms ,especially this time we got room 1418 which are very comfortable lots of spaces for luggages.
