Fantastic stay and definitely recommend this place to friends.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very central to shops, eateries and subway. Bed was extremely comfortable, which was needed for a good nights sleep after being out all day.
Staff were very friendly and went way and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Great restaurant onsite with Japanese cuisine at night and an amazing spread for breakfast.
Would stay again and recommend this place to fri.

Cons:

Room was on the small size and corridors were large but quite dark. In saying this, I think it was the theme of the hotel for the dark colour scheme.

Great commuter hotel
Pros:

This modern, clean and conveniently located hotel is more upscale with an excellent staff. I would definitely stay here again. It is next to a train stop and in a major shopping area. We had one delicious buffet breakfast in their lovely restaurant. Options were given for the main entree and the buffet provided many choices of “extras.” I had the unagi don and it was delicious. Our two-double bed room had enough space for both of our suitcases, a long table and large TV. I liked that the toilet room was separate from the shower.

Cons:

The lobby is very small and has limited number of bench seats along the wall. It was not convenient to sit here.

Pros:

A localização é fantástica; o quarto não é muito grande mas é confortável e atende bem a estadia, principalmente pelo bom espaço para a guarda das malas.

Cons:

O café da manhã neste hotel é o mais oriental de nossa viagem, então se sua opção é uma cozinha internacional pode ter alguma dificuldade, mas definitivamente nada que implique em desconforto.

Cons:

Main entrance not covered. It was raining when we arrived and struggled with our luggage in the rain. No assistance rendered by hotel staff.

Pros:

localizaççao excelente. Cama deliciosa com edredom macio. Ar condicionado silencioso. Equipe excelente. Cafe da manha impecavel. Distribuem guarda chuvas em dias de chuva. CHuveiro e vaso sanitario (alias , top!!!) separados com portas garatem privacidade. Iluminaçao maravilhosa. Inclusive, iluminaçao noturna automatica.

Cons:

nao teve nada que nao gostasse. gostei de tudo.
Só nao tinha onsen como em outros da rede Mitsui tem e algumas amigas queriam fazer e nao podiam.
No mais, foi tudo otimo.

Great location and comfortable convenient room.
Pros:

Room was perfect for 2 friends for several days. Nice to have a separate toilet room (our fav Japanese toilet) and shower room. Location was perfect very close to major train stations, food and shopping without feeling too crowded.
They held our bags while we took a few days away and arranged for other bags to meet at our Kyoto hotel.

Cons:

Would have skipped breakfast in the restaurant and just found our own.
