An enjoyable stay in a comfortable hotel
Pros:

We spent a couple of nights at the Millenium Mitsui Garden hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great, close to stations, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Not recommended! You get what you pay for.
Pros:

I liked the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to my Netflix account.

Cons:

The front desk was not as friendly as the other 5 hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The staff was impatient when answering questions or accommodating requests. I had to argue with them to get a crib or bed rail that I'd requested since the time of booking 2 months earlier. After some back and forth, suddenly, two cribs became available. The carpet in all 3 rooms was dirty. The room layout was incredibly tight and left little to no room for luggage. There was no view from any of our 3 rooms. We faced another building a few feet from us so we had to keep the shades down the whole time. The reception desk was unattended late at night. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. The toiletries had an overbearing, cheap, floral scent. I hated our stay this hotel. I would NEVER book at any Mitsui property again.

No value for money, room very small and very disappointed with the window facing just an inside wall. Being disappointed as using hotel the first time . Would not be giving a positive review. Arrived at 5.30am and because room was ready, was charged to check in at 12 noon. Been travelling for 30years and first time having to pay for a 12 noon check in instead of 3pm - too calculative
