Amazing stay in the heart of Ginza
Pros:

The hotel was located perfectly, literally next to a subway stop and within 4 minutes walking distance to another one. Ginza is a major shopping district for high end fashion, so everything looks really pretty and classy. At the same time it is not as crowded as Shibuya. So we liked it very much.

The hotel makes a good impression right from the start. The lobby is classy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was not very large but completely ok. We deliberately chose a room without bath tub so we have more space. We were able to place both of our suitcases on the floor and still could move around. The hotel was very clean and room service came daily. The shower and the toilet was amazing and the room had all sorts of items for our comfort.

Cons:

Our windows faced to the inner court which was not the best view. Didn't bother us though because we didn't spend much time in the room anyways. Also the hair dryer was rather weak. The laundry service was rather expensive.
