Boa estrutura, mas uma experiência frustrante pela falta de manutenção e pelo descaso no atendimento

O café da manhã é farto e diversificado. A localização também é muito boa.

Cons:

O quarto é amplo, limpo e organizado. No entanto, a experiência foi prejudicada por vários problemas: o telefone para contato com a recepção não funcionava, o ar-condicionado é de modelo antigo e não possui controle remoto, e o secador de cabelo apresentou defeito.

O mais decepcionante, porém, foi a postura dos atendentes, que não demonstraram interesse em solucionar os problemas ou sequer amenizar os transtornos. Faltou atenção e disposição para atender o hóspede. Uma experiência marcada pelo descaso no atendimento.
