Possibly the best hotel experience we’ve had in Israel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Norman Tel Aviv and, although it is definitely on the expensive side, it may honestly be the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Israel — and we’ve stayed at many.

We booked the Loft Suite, which was spacious, modern, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. Although it was located on the ground floor facing the street, it was surprisingly completely quiet.

The hotel courtyard is beautiful, with peaceful green corners to sit and relax, and the overall design combines retro elegance with modern touches very tastefully. The pool area is lovely, with a great bar serving tasty food, and the breakfast was excellent.

What stood out most, however, was the service. The staff stayed in proactive contact with us both before and during our stay and genuinely made sure everything was perfect in every possible way.

The spa was also excellent — relaxing facilities and a very professional, high-quality massage.

The location is ideal, with easy walking access to many parts of the city as well as a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

Highly recommended for a special occasion or a luxurious city getaway.

A nice boutique hotel but too expensive
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the location is great.

Cons:

The spa facilities are completely not sufficient. Massages are not good enough. The rooms are comfortable but also not justifying that price. Restaurants are closed most of the week. It’s a nice boutique hotel but far too expensive…

Pros:

The staff did everything they can to make sure our stay was amazing, handling balloon for the birthday

Cons:

We had aircondition issue in our room which took a while to fix, that was very unpleasent

The breakfirst resturant is too small, we couldn't eat in the main area only on a different area, eventually we ate at the bar
