Great location, rooms could use some upkeep but I suppose decent for the price.
Pros:

The location was central to all of the songkran partying and events and close distance to the grand palace and major temples.

Cons:

The room was pretty worn down, could use some upkeep and was also smaller than it appeared to be in the pictures.

Good location in Khaosan road, but very outdated and scarry at night
Pros:

Friendly staff, helped with luggage storage when I arrived earlier than check-in time. Good location near Khaosan road, all parties, markets, supermarket 7eleven, souvenir shops, tour shops near.

Cons:

1. At night there were strange sounds at the window/ door, as if somebody tried to open/ com-in. It was from terrace which was open to everyone. I was never been so afraid. But hopefully nothing happened. But for this reason I wouldn't stay in this place no more.
2. Very loudly at night from Khaosan raod nightlife (I expected the sound, but in this case it was too much, as bathroom window was open and there was no possibility to close it).
3. Very outdated furniture, sink, toilet.
