Perfect
Pros:

Rooms had everything, especially like the heated towel rails and how mirror did not fog up,AC great also

Great stay - we loved it!
Pros:

Loved it! Spacious grounds with a sunny patio for drinks and meals. Close to town centre. Within walking distance of restaurants in the town. Car parking on site.
Our bedroom was fully air conditioned which was a great relief since it was such a hot few days.
Our bed and bedding was gorgeously comfortable. The decor was pleasant and every attention to detail had been thought of.; tea pot, coffee pot, fresh milk in the fridge. The bathroom was spacious and felt luxurious.
The breakfast was delicious with good service. Again attention to detail made this experience feel special.

beautiful terrace to have drinks and food
Pros:

The hotel area outside ,Restaurant was great .
Room was clean.
staff service good .
breakfast was ok .
view was ok.

Cons:

Bedroom furniture, colors and quality of bed wasent great and NOT very relaxing .
So for what was paid for wasent that worth .
pictures show deferent rooms .
we did love the time away though.

A luxury hotel for a pampered break
Pros:

We really enjoyed our one night stay. The food was excellent and the staff were all very attentive without being intrusive. Looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful hotel in great location
Pros:

Stayed before. The location, facilities and spa are exceptional

Cons:

Not a negative as such but felt the staff in bar/ restaurant could do with some training and support with leadership front of house. There seemed to be no system but couldn’t fault their friendliness

Pros:

Beautiful property.

Cons:

No late check out option available - we stayed ahead of a wedding and we were planning on using the pool in the morning and the getting ready before leaving at 1pm. We were fully prepared to pay for an extra couple of hours for a late check out but were told this wasn’t an option. Shame.
Also had to pay for coffees at breakfast even though we had paid to include breakfast. Coffee other than filter coffee is not included with breakfast.

Lovely short stay
Pros:

Our stay at was a lovely weekend break the breakfast was very good and all the facilities meet our expectations, the room was lovely very clean
The treatment in the spa amazing

Cons:

The evening meal the steak a little chewy and the lodge chips some a little hard
