Clean, comfortable room and bed. Room was big enough. Breakfast is so-so.
Pros:

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, although on the day there was sausage there, I liked how it was cooked with no grease left on it. When you let the outside door to the room go, it makes a very loud noise when it slams shut. There should be something to either slow how fast it closes or some cushioning so that it doesn't sound so loud and potentially disturb guests in other rooms.

Awful communication, poor breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Location was okay, given the region's specifics. The room was big enough (though I had to book the Executive Two Queens Suite - the only one available at that moment). The parking space was good to have.

Cons:

Staff members were all different - some friendly, others not. The choice of food for breakfast was quite poor. The blinds in the room were weird (and some of them were broken). Lightning was dim. You can't open the windows if you want to. And the main disappointment is about the deposit: during the checkout, I asked the staff member (who was also very slow with the company invoice, which eventually had some issues in it) when it would be released, and he said that it would take 5 to 7 days. Now it's the 18th day since I left, but I still haven't received my deposit back. They are not responding to my messages at all.

How dirty the carpet was , how dusty the room was. It smells weird and their management sucks.

I would not stay here unless I had no other choice.
Pros:

Good room size, quiet

Cons:

Everything was just kind of run down. Tiles had stains, accessories in bathroom were beat up, the shutters in room were broken, could not close all the way, bright lights from outside lights came through making it difficult to sleep. Just seems like a struggling property.

Location next to freeway

Cons:

No toilet paper in the room, had to track down house keeping because my wife was stuck on the toilet. House keeper didn't speak english and wouldn't give me toilet paper at first. She came off rude. The room ceiling had stains, pillows were small, the room had cobwebs, had to run around the building to find out there were only 2 ice machines, found out they were on the 1st and 3rd floor, I was staying on the 2nd floor. Front desk employees seems like they don't want to be there. Atmosphere is pretty depressing. Definitely not worth the money is cost to stay here.

Pros:

Las habitaciones están cómodas el baño muy amplio agradable

Cons:

Que entraron a limpiar el cuarto y solo sacaron basuras y mal tendieron la camas, no cambiaron sabanas y el jacuzzi le faltaba un poco de limpieza

Expensive Hotel that feels like a cheap Motel
Pros:

Terrible experience.
First room offered - Shower head was clogged and barely water came out
Breakfast was the same all week
Second room offered - bedsheet were dirty (weird black and red stains all over the while bedsheet), reported it they were only able to offer me a duvet to sleep over that night while they had another room available.
Third room offered - bedsheets dirty, requested to change the bedsheet and i had to stay in the room to just make sure they were actually new and clean.

It has a good location, but hotel look not taken care of
