Overall, our day was awesome. Rooms were nice big love that the pool was right outside our door.
Pros:

The pool and the breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest also I reserved a king bed but when we got there, we had to get to Queens not a big deal Deal just usually like sleeping in a king

Unsanitary and unfit for guests [TW BUGS]
Cons:

I booked a reservation here for a single night in early September 2026. The first hotel room I was in had two spiders and what appeared to be a baby praying mantis. I then asked help from reception to be put in a second room, which was quickly provided. Unfortunately the bedsheets of the second room were stained.

I then left without staying the night, and slept in a hotel elsewhere.

Reaching out to the manager multiple times led me to voicemail, even during the hours that staff said the manager would be in office.

This hotel is not fit for guests. Instead of staying here, lease consider contacting the local government to investigate.

Horrible
Pros:

Stains on carpet, room smelled, hair was found in sheets. Poor attitude from staff. Booking had this hotel rated at 4 star its more like a 2 star.

Hotel was an incredible value with clean rooms, staff were very friendly, convenient location!
Pros:

Breakfast meals had a good selection & variety in a very quaint environment.
Bedrooms were large, comfortable and very clean; Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Good price, good service, good hotel to stay at in Cupertino.
Pros:

The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh foods.
The location is easily accessible from freeways and major streets in Cupertino.

Cons:

Have stayed at Cupertino Hotel over 16 times, so obviously have no complaints.

Worse hotel I’ve been in a while
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

First room had AC and phone broken. There was hair in the bathtub. But the worse part is that I’m trying to get an invoice from them for 7 days now and they didn’t reply emails, messages, or the phone. Now the first contact I was able to get they’re telling me they don’t issue the invoice. That needs to be done by Booking.com. Booking says it’s the hotel. Now I can’t get reimbursed by my company as I don’t have a simple invoice. Will never get back there.

Comfortable enough, but a bit basic.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable enough. The location was excellent, less than a mile from the event we were attending. (Why we chose the place.) Having a large grocery nearby was nice, too.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were somewhat less than other places we've stayed. I also wished you'd had USB charging for our devices on the nightstands like other places we've stayed.
