Good and bad. Very good service made up for the bad parts.
Pros:

Very good service on the 15/9 wen above and beyond to help me with the broken temperature controller in my room. Helped me fix it 🙂

Cons:

First night was cold and drafty. Temperature controller was not working. Told the staff in the morning. Got a text that it should work. Alas it wasn’t checked and wasn’t working when I got back in the evening. But everything was solved by the evening portier.

Fantastiskt bemötande från personalen.
Fantastiskt garage: Generösa parkeringsplatser, men synd att hissen upp till hotellet inte fungerade....
Generöst att erbjuda middag i rumspriset. Tyvärr checkade jag in lite för sent för att avnjuta kvällens anrättning....

Cons:

I rummet fanns ett nästan tomt hörn: Där stod ett golvstativ med läslampa, men läsfåtöljen saknades!
