As expected
Pros:

As expected - a utilitarian hotel - so facilites etc. were about that level.
Staff were above that and very helpful.

Cons:

Untidyness. Cleaning equipment etc left lying around.
Maybe a flashover inside needed - some paintwork was shabby - and outside suffers because the place is situated on a busy main road - But it did n't appear to have been cleaned / swept for quite a while. A routine clean/sweep wipe should be scheduled.
