Pros:

It was ok

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I said I wanted to pay at property instead they carded my car. Then they put me in a handicap room. The furniture is nasty and stained in the room and lobby. The room was muggy, the electric socket by the bed didn’t work. I would never stay there again.

A coffee maker in room would have been nice. And sound from above room sounded like lots of children running across floor.

My stay at this Holiday Inn Express did not meet my expectations of a pleasant or comforting stay.
Pros:

It’s location was very good.

I reached out twice to housekeeping and asked if they could service my room and nothing was done.

Two hour delay past checkin time. Had to sit around . It was 111 outside. Elevator was scary. Door wouldn’t close and made loud noises. Had to keep walkin* up and down three flights of stairs.

Front desk rep was the worst part of my stay.
Pros:

Comfortable Hotel.

Cons:

Older Caucasian woman with intense frowning lip lines who checked me in was so rude. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have just walked out and found another hotel. Also, in 41 years, Ive never had a staff member (same lady), knock on ky door prior to check out (10:50 am for an 11am checkout) and ask if I was still leaving.

I didn't stay .my booking wasn't valid and you took my money after calling the hotel for confirmation I was told I wasn't booked. After giving them my reference also I was told they don't have that reference

Cons:

They were fixing the pipes so there was no running water when I got there, when it came back on it ran dirty water (I took pictures and a video). The elevator makes terrible sounds and jerks like the cable will break any minute.
