No fridge in room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
Value for money is the biggest issue. It is not our first stay in the hotel as we travel to Comrades each year. Our hotel in Durban has a higher star rating, provides a buffet meal and has a fridge in every room, and the cost per day is virtually identical, hence a major issue with value for money. The safe in our room would not operate due to a low battery level, and when we walked into our room, we were greeted with a view from our window of a near vertical roof 1 meter away. Very disappointed.
