距離中洲屋台很近，下樓後走路1-2分鐘就有7-11，樓下廣場每天晚上都有不同的餐車&戶外表演，廣場也有露天座位可以坐，房間隔音良好，床鋪舒適，有機會還是會再次造訪

Cons:

Absolutely unhelpful staff, amenities that changed from the time we booked the hotel, $400/night pricing double that of other comparable hotels in Fukuoka. General manager and other executives were all somehow unavailable during our entire four-day stay. And I can’t emphasize enough how unhelpful the staff was.

Very recommended
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee.
The complimentary lounge was a real treat.
The room was comfortable, clean, modern and very spacious.
The staff was very kind and helpful

Cons:

instructions on the operation of the room appliances (for example the kettle) will be beneficial.
It will be good if the staff will have some recommendations on good restaurants in the area

It is a new and nice hotel but could not adjust the AC below 23C
