Nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in Bahnhofsnähe, zentral gelegen ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war ein Mikrozimmer ! Dann geweckselt in ein Minizimmer.
Mobilar sollte mal erneuert werden. Preis/Leistung ?
Die Nachbarschaft war nachts sehr laut auf dem Balkon.

Es war sauber. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Es war das kleinste Zimmer, in dem wir hier übernachtet haben. Gut, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren mehr wäre auf gar keinen Fall gegangen. Die Dusche war zum Waschbecken offen, da es so winzig war, konnte man vom Waschbecken mit duschen. Das geht gar nicht. Das Fenster konnte man nur öffnen, wenn man übers Bett kletterte und darauf stehen blieb. Hier wurde eine Abstellkammer als Zimmer verkauft.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine absolute Frechheit
Für fast 240 € pro Nacht haben wir im Hotel National in Bamberg ein absolutes Desaster erlebt. Unser Zimmer war kaum größer als 10 m², das französische Bett mit 1,40 m Breite für zwei Personen viel zu klein.
Für den sehr hohen Preis: Keine Klimatisierung, kein Platz für einen Koffer, ein defekter Duschkopf und eine Dusche ohne Tür, die bei jeder Benutzung das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser setzte. Wegen der Wärme mussten wir das Fenster öffnen – da das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße lag, war aufgrund des Wochenendlärms bis fast 5 Uhr morgens nicht an Schlaf zu denken.
Als wir die Missstände am nächsten Morgen freundlich ansprachen, stießen wir auf mangelnde Kooperationsbereitschaft. Uns wurde lediglich ein gleichwertig winziges Zimmer zum Hof angeboten. Da keine vernünftige Lösung vorgeschlagen wurde, haben wir den Aufenthalt nach einer schlaflosen Nacht vorzeitig abgebrochen.
Fazit: Völlig überteuert, mangelhafte Zimmerausstattung und ein absolut enttäuschender Kundenservice. Keine Empfehlung!

Pros:

* Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Nur ein paar Minuten in die Altstadt. Für alle die mit dem Zug anreisen ist die Lage Perfekt, der Bahnhof ist nur wenige huntert Meter entfernt

* Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, ein Doppelzimmer ist größenmßig eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer!
Das Bett passt geradeso ins Zimmer...
* Für die Größe der Zimmer ist der Preis viel zu hoch
* Die Wände sind dünn. Man hört den Nachbarn
* Das Zimmer war direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße
* Die Zimmer werden nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt

Jätte nära till station och bra gångavstånd till stan..
Vi fick ett rum med två våningar fast vi beställt ett dubbelrum 😀
Lite oväsen från gatan men okey.. bra sängar och bra frukost.
Jätte vacker stad..

Cons:

Lite jobbiga fåtöljer i matsalen. Svårfllyttade men det var väl det enda.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen! Es müssten nur strengere Regeln eingeführt werden, dass keine Partys erlaubt sind.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön sauber, ohne Teppichboden. (Allergikerfreundlich). Junge Dame sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in der Rezeption. Die Lage ist auch gut, nicht weit bis ins Zentrum. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr nur einige Meter entfernt.

Cons:

Die 2. Nacht waren Partygäste im Hotel. Von 3- 4:30 kein Schlafen möglich. Obschon die Frau aus der Rezeption und wir selbst freundlich um Ruhe gebeten haben. Morgens um 7:30 bis nach 10 wieder aufgewacht wegen Gelächter von mehreren Männern quasi neben unserem Zimmer auf einem großen Balkon.
