Overall, a good place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was comparable to other places we have stayed. The breakfast was very good, and the attendant was very friendly and stayed on top of everything.

Cons:

The internet access was very weak. I could connect my laptop in the lobby area, but when I went back to the room, access was dropped. It would be very helpful if the guest wifi system was enhanced.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. I don't think that I have ever been treated so kindly and welcomed at other hotels, ever!

Cons:

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Great location.

Excellent included breakfast.

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest my wife and I had to change rooms immediately because as soon as we entered there was a horrible mildew smell. My second room was fine, shower head was a little old .

My sister and her fiancé had the same issue on the second floor. Their second room was dirty and had a cigarette smell(which they didn’t tell me about until after our stay).

We had 3 rooms 2 of them were supposed to be Queen size beds and they were definitely smaller, more like full size beds. I know because I own a queen size bed.

For $300 a night these should have been much better and we shouldn’t have had these issues.

Pros:

The location is ideal and perfect for what I wanted out of this trip. The coffee bar all day is nice and I appreciated I could bring my dog. Quiet.

Cons:

The bed was stained pretty badly and whenever I walked in, there were hairs on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. When it rained, water poured in the window and into the AC unit below causing the display to flash and act weird. I called the front desk to report it and was told “Yeah well it’s raining pretty hard.” Rain shouldn’t be pouring in that way regardless. I had to use all my bath towels to soak it up.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Love the lights under bed and under counter in bathroom. Place was clean and kept up nicely, pictures show nice outside chairs to sit in, there was a road between hotel and beach. This showed chairs on beach with NO road in between. Would have liked to seat out in chair on beach. Show was very slippery with NO floor non slip pad, not safe. Breakfast was good, lots of good choices. All in all I would have to say. Not so bad.

Pros:

the entire staff was very friendly. the hotel was spotless and the beds very comfortable..and the full breakfast was delicous,we will definitely stay here next year when we visit the area.

Pros:

Breakfast was not Gluten Free friendly, but full of variety...could use more fruit. The room was clean but rather tight. The shower seemed small but worked out well. Coffee machine was terrific!
