Pros:

Comfortable hotel with great amenities like 24 hour coffee bar! The breakfast was awesome- biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon! The attendant was friendly and made sure everything was stocked and clean!’

Best Stay of my Trip to Michigan
Pros:

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure and WiFi. I loved the 24-hour pool access. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant view of Traverse Bay from my room. I have mobility issues and booked an accessible room, which was excellently appointed. I felt very safe using the shower, which is not always true of an accessible room. I visit Traverse City every few years and will absolutely stay again!

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was excellent! The location on a very busy highway made it difficult to make a left turn but this is true for all lodging located on the same side of the Bay as Sleep Inn.

Wet, moldy room, rude front desk staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and so was the attendant. If they put him in charge, they'd have a much better guest experience.
The front desk staff was very dismissive, and our room was moldy.
There was a massive leak from the heating/cooling unit that we only discovered after we unpacked. I reported it to the front desk and they were not surprised at all.
Later, we realized that there was water damage and mold on the ceiling, a dehumidifier in the room, and neither of us slept well because we were up sneezing all night. The floor must never dry, and the room was full of mold. Thank goodness the window opened, so we could get fresh air.
Plus, the next day, when we checked out and reported the mold issue and not sleeping they couldn't have cared less.
I would not go back after that experience.

Cons:

A mold-free room and decent front desk interactions would have been nice.

Pros:

Everyone is Always Friendly & Location is Beautiful !!

Cons:

Would Love a Potato option at Breakfast, a 2nd Waffle maker, More Regular Coffee Pods in room, If house keeping could check to see if the remote works properly & clear the alarm that is set on the room clock.

Great nights sleep in a clean and safe environment.
Pros:

Clean rooms friendly staff the guy running breakfast was very nice to everyone coming in . Not that this has anything to do with room but it was nice the pizza place was 3 minutes from hotel room was too tired to drive it was convenient . Everything was clean it’s a nice place to stay .

Cons:

Nothing bad to say about anything other than I couldn’t figure out the bathroom fan to shut it off .

The light in the shower around it looks dirty and the shower is slippery, yes a slip mat was provided though not enough room to put everything in shower.
