En general muy buen servicio,,,, y pues ser consistentes... el estacionamiento, se reservo para un evento y no se vale que lo hagan asi .. ahora si que como llegan los huespedes y listo

Senalizacion para ingresar correctamente, la cuerva es muy estrecha y con cualquir descuido se , equivoca uno,,, urgen senalamientos claro para no tener ese problema que observe es frecuente.

Me la pasé muy bien, sobre todo excelente servicio
Pros:

Me pareció muy bueno el desayuno y la atención del personal. El hotel muy limpio en general, y el agua de jamaica que ponen en la recepción es muy buena.

Cons:

Que el horario de la alberca sea a partir de las 9 am, pues hace mucho calor en esta época y se puede nadar o simplemente estar en la alberca desde las 7 am. A las 9 am, regularmente ya tienes actividades por llevar a cabo, así que cambien el horario para el disfrute de la gente

Buena relación calidad -precio y vista panorámica

La vista del hotel es hermosa
La terraza restaurante café, buena calidad de alimentos , sazón y pociones.
El café latte delicioso al igual que el pan recién horneado.
El mini gym con 2 caminadoras.

Cons:

El parking del acceso principal tiene mucho declive gente no hábil puede pegarle a los autos. Los árboles dejan sucio el automóvil (frutos y excremento de pajaro). El parking alterno está mucho mejor pero en dos ocasiones vi que no había personal al cuidado del acceso y al no tener alumbrado, deja la incertidumbre de que esté realmente seguro.
