CUANDO HICE LA RESERVACION POR TRIVAGO LES COMENTÉ QUE SOMOS 5 HUESPEDES 4 ADULTOS Y UN INFANTE. ME INCLUYERON EN LA TARIFA SOLO A DOS ADULTOS AL LLEGAR TUVE QUE PAGAR LA DIFERENCIA. EL HOTEL INCLUYE. CUANDO VISITAMOS GDL LLEGAMOS A ESTE HOTEL Y LA TARIFA INCLUYE EL BUFETTE. TUVE QUE PAGAR LA DIFERENCIA YA QUE LA OPERADORA NO ME INCLUYÓ ESTE SERVICIO

The hotel location was perfect, the hotel and room where clean, but the shower room was very tight just big enoughg for a skinny person and the bathroom got all wet because the door did not close properly. The receptionist where not kind. I made a reservation for a two double bed and they gave me only one bed and refused to change.
