Overall, I loved the staff but as mentioned my stay was affected maintenance issues.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions we had. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by a maintenance issue that should have been identified before check-in. After using the toilet in my room, I discovered that it would not flush, which created a very embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. While I appreciate that the staff responded by moving me to another room, it was inconvenient to have to repack all of my luggage and relocate. The replacement room was also further away from my preferred location and did not have lift access, making the move even more difficult. Although the staff attempted to resolve the issue, the disruption affected the overall experience.

Besides the buffet breakfast, there is nothing that would draw me back to the lodge

The breakfast was absolutely great and the location great as we were at the casino for a function

Cons:

The room left much to be desired. It's outdated . The bathroom was absolutely a deal breaker. The shower had no hot water and the water left a puddle which was still there the next morning. The tv channels was of absolute no use

Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel, good service and friendly stuff , the view and buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations 🤭. Will definitely book for summer weekend to enjoy the view and pool❤️

I didn't like leaving and that's my fault 🤦 should have booked for a weekend 😂😂
