The view and the grounds
That there was no room service. No alternative for trying to satisfy a customer. I would not visit your hotel again.

The price for 1 night is not worth the stay outdated rooms, bathroom and sleeping couch was very dirty and not even breakfast was included hope some changes wil be done in the near future

Good breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff. I was allowed to check in at 10am, when check in usually starts at 2pm.
The back gate to the Grand West casino is closed early in the morning. This made getting ubers exceptionally difficult as the app directs the drivers to that entrance, and for them to drive around to theain entrance is too far so they would cancel. Took me over half an hour each day to get an Uber.
