Decepcionante. Repensando se ainda retornarei.

Ar condicionado da unidade de quarto (1212) sem funcionar e sem solução até o momento do check-out. Este foi o ponto mais grave da estadia. Outros pontos ainda merecem observações para melhoria: incluir no café da manhã opções de pães mais delicados, como croissant e outras opções integrais, bem como de uma patisserie que já havia experimentado em um tempo remoto neste hotel; melhoria no preparo dos ovos matinais sem o exagero do uso de gordura; troca dos travesseiros (dois deles estavam sem condições de uso)
