Cons:

Check in too more than an hour because reception was flirting with the lady that was checking in and took his time with the other people having a chat and waiting for them to go look for their ID for more than an hour while me and my pregnant wife was just standing there with an empty lobby waiting to be assisted and we where only 2 groups that was there to check in us and the other 2 people.

They allowed us takeaway breakfast because we were going to a funeral outside normal breakfast time

There was a lot of loud music coming from the casino seems like there was some kind of rave festival which other hotel guests were not warned about

Average stay over but will not return as there are better value for money places in Polokwane
Pros:

It was clean as always and you know what your getting when you book. The lady on reception was really nice, I needed a battery for my mouse and she willingly gave me one, nice touch as it saved me from having to go out

Cons:

Sadly like many hotels after Covid they are getting a bit tatty around the edges and overall the finishes were looking a bit tired. There was a machine in the corridor, not sure what it was for but it hummed away all night. The restaurant at the Casino had been re done but the service was slow despite there being only 3 people in the restaurant and the food was luke warm, sadly you are a bit stuck here as no delivery companies deliver food. If you just need a bed then all good, but if you want a ddecent meal after a long day you are left wanting here, I will probably not stay again sadly
