Firstly I was happy but finding my room changed the whole mood

Lack of hospitality and no warmth reception

The fact that no prior communication or information at reception that there is no drinking water being kept inside the rooms. That guesta are to come down qith bottles to fetch water themselves.

Despite having knowledge that there are no lifts. The staff, do not bother to establishment if guests have ability to carry luggages to upstairs, especially because there are no potters or staff to assist with luggage,

No prior information about the fact that, breakfst require upfront payment, before guests can eat or to have sight of food they are going to eat or to access breakfast venue before payment. To me, the standard of hospitality is low.

Air conditioner works properly. The staff at the reception were too friendly and professional.
