Pros:

It was really warm and cozy from the lobby to the room, check-in and check-out was swift and seamless, staff was very helpful and professional, Some of the appliances were became faulty(that cannot be avoided) but were replaced as soon as I notified the staff.

Cons:

The safe did not work as the battery was low.
