Overall good experience
Pros:

Location was great, central Sandton and good complimentary coffee at reception in the mornings. Excellent staff.

Cons:

Breakfast selection could be improved especially on continental , add fruit , cheese , cold meat. Coffee machine needs to be fixed. Room coffee needs to be upgraded to better brand ; current house of coffees brand taste awful.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay ! Staff was friendly , and the place was neat and tidy

Staff untrained and clueless

Rooms are clean and comfortable

Cons:

Staff training is abysmal. I was called awake by someone at the restaurant because they could not close their POS system due to a system error and thought it was OK to wake me so I could try cancel my order (which is not possible anyway). There was clearly no manager on duty because all the staff were unruly.

The breakfast was just a normal English breakfast. The place was easy to track by GPS, and access was easy.
