I had a pleasant stay there. The room was big enough, clean, with parking and in a good location so cannot complain.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for my family and access into the city on busses.
Kitchenette a bonus. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Cold damp bathroom. The weather!! Noise from the busy road at times.

Not satisfyed, didn’t worth what I paid!

Cons:

First room was hard access and quite old. It did not have a bath, but had kitchen facilities. Moved to a different room, that one had a bath, but not kitchen facilities.

Adequate
Pros:

Despite being by a busy road the room was quiet. The beds were pretty good.

Cons:

Enough towels and cutlery for the three of us would have been good.
The room we booked and paid for wasn’t available. And if we hadn’t paid already we might not have stayed here. Please don’t advertise and accept payment for rooms that aren’t available.

Bad experience I'll never recommend it to anyone
Pros:

I've booked and paid in full. And I arrived at The Devereux Boutique Hotel only to be turned away cause they had over booked the rooms. After traveling for 8 hours to get there and to be turned away it's not a good thing my partner and I had to sleep in our car cause all the Hotels and motels were booked out. The Hotel promised to refund my money the same day that was the promise of the Hotel manager she lied today is Tuesday and I'm still for my refund. I'd never recommend this Hotel too anyone. I'll be seeking legal advice and will be taking to the consumer protection department about the service I've received

Pros:

The location was surprisingly good, within walking distance from some good dinner options. And the price point was good.

Cons:

The location was advertised to have good fast wifi, but when we got there they said this wasn't the case. We could barely access the wifi in our room.
