Totally Unsatisfied and to feel let down from booking.com

Basically I paid you people for breakfast which you advertised no in full well the hotel did not have any staff due to issues not just a chef but cleaners as well as my bedding was dirty!! And you have the cheek to send me a question air form asked me how the breakfast was which you have scammed from me ?? Now in full well The situation Chime I didn't read trip advisor before I booked with you..

Cons:

Receiving an email telling me there was no cleaners available and also no chef no staff so no breakfast very inconvenient but I hope you enjoyed the money you have taken from me

Cons:

Most things. Shared bathrooms that you couldn’t access (also wasn’t told about the shared bathrooms until after I had booked), there was no shower available, my room number didn’t exist, my access code didn’t work. Photos made it seem like the rooms had private bathrooms and ac - they had neither. Was told there would be a kettle etc, there wasn’t. Overall, not worth staying and overly expensive for what it was. 0/10

Pros:

Room was spacious and tidy,. Air con was great, Thought the welcome chocolates were a nice touch and tea and coffee bits were good too. Bed was comfy and no issues with traffic noise.

Cons:

Shower was not easily adjustable i had to have it really hot couldnt get it in between.

Comfortable and convienent stay
Pros:

The property was well located and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

My code didn’t work, so I needed to contact the out of hours number to obtain access. When booking I had requested a later check in which was refused but as it’s a self check in I don’t understand why. This added a bit of stress to my stay as I had to rush there between my course to try and check in

Pros:

The quality of the room was amazing.it was clean everywhere we went.
It was a real pleasure to stay there 100% brilliant

Cons:

I didnt not like anything.just maybe would be better with a bigger carpark & breakfast but both were explained before coming.

COMFY BED.

ARRIVED AFTER CHECK IN TIME, FIRE ALARM GOING FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES, ROOM WAS NOT READY UNTIL 3PM, THE DOOR CODE DID NOT WORK.

Pros:

The location was brilliant and the bedroom was very comfortable with air con , we had room 11 which has a separate toilet and shower across from the room but that didn't bother us . All in all in was a 10 out of 10 and will be where we stay if we come down again
