Very comfortable delux room a good size . Hotel walking distance to facilities.

Honestly, I was a little worried about the system. But for me, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The bed was very large, the room was very spacious, and everything was super clean.

Lovely well kept, beautifully clean, great location and off road parking

Cons:

It states 14.00 check in but the codes for the doors hadn’t been sent over after we arrived and called the number - this was resumed within a few minutes

Prior to trip we recieved an email to state that they were short staffed & therefore would only clean the rooms every 4th day (replenishing tea/coffee & emptying the bin) which wasnt really a problem..but on the 4th day rooms were not cleaned,bins not emptied,towels not changed... there was no staff to aquire clean towels or toilet paper from, not bins to empty our room bin into etc..nice room but such a pity about the rest....

A great hotel for a break with friends, central location, really clean and all you need.
Pros:

Great hotel, really great location, helpful parking, easy to access, great space for the room and completely clean and tidy.

Cons:

Whilst it didn't affect us, there wasn't breakfast available.

Bournemouth overnight stay
Pros:

Room was very nice, comfortable, and had everything required.

Cons:

It would have been good to see someone just to say hello. I did'nt bump into anyone not even a guest. Someone had been sick outside the front entrance on the Friday night. Coming out to it on Saturday morning was disappointing. I did leave between 7 and 7.30 am so I wasn't expecting it to have been cleaned up.
