Pros:

Location was central city easy walking distance
to national theater and museum..

Cons:

On arrival late at night we were charged in dollars, instead of colon, which the price was 50 dollars extra. The breakfast was not great. Not much choice . Bit noisy at nights

Pros:

Jossue es un tipazo, me ayudo mucho porque estaba preocupada por un transfer que tardo en llegar y nadie me respondia. El se re movio y logro ponerse en contacto con ellos para ayudarme!! Lo amo. Fabricio tambien un tipazo y no le pregunte el nombre a la señora que me recibio, estaba trabajando el 2 de julio temprano, me tiro un monton de data de donde podia ir, super divinos todos, volveria ahi si voy a san jose!

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

L'accueil, le confort et le très bon buffet du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de pouvoir visiter les alentours et le centre semble pas trop sécure.

Colonial Spanish style charm in the heart of the City
Pros:

Wow, what a wonderful gem in the downtown area in San Jose. This place has both character and charm and wish I had a few more days to enjoy. The room was excellent, huge, with swing open balcony doors and small balcony. Magnificient woodwork maintained from original days. Close to all amenities downtown within walking distance. Quaint little dining area off lobby for breakfast, attractive pool in the courtyard which we had no time to enjoy. The free breakfast had many choices and tasty! Definitely will plan a return trip here one day.

Cons:

The old building, we could hear everything in the hall, wondering if we could be heard in the room. Otherwise, we had a great time, no complaints
