Porque quitaron el desayuno tipo bufete que venia incluido en el pago de habitacion

Cambiaron el tipo de desayuno incluido, ahora solo incluye 2 huevos cocinados al gusto, fruta y un pan. Dejando mucho que desear.
El WiFi fallaba demasiado y el aire acondicionado sonaba fuerte por las noches.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location in the historic center was ideal—being so close to the cathedral made it easy to explore the city on foot. We especially loved having Acropolis right across the street; we had breakfast there two mornings and the food and coffee were excellent.
As runners, the location was also perfect, serving as a convenient starting point for our morning runs around downtown. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
We also preferred this location to Quinta Real Zacatecas, as being in the heart of downtown allowed us to walk everywhere and fully experience the city.
Overall, the combination of the location, Starbucks downstairs, and hospitality made this a memorable stay, and we would gladly return!
It could get a little loud at night but it was fine
Location was unbeatable and the property, the pond , staff and food were all amazing!
Habitación amplia y limpia, el personal de lo mas amable, desayuno muy rico y mas el dia Domingo en su terraza. La ubicación muy buena. Baños muy amplios y cómodos, television smart y clima en el cuarto, además de contar con Alexa y un balcón
Que no cuenta con refrigerador en el cuarto y que de repente el Internet pierde un tanto la señal. Las almohadas son un poco pequeñas.

La asistencia y trato del personal encargado en el turno vespertino , sufri un golpe de calor , la fiebre no sedia solo pedi mas agua ya que es importante estar hidratado , nunca me la puedieron subir , tuve que salir con la fiebre a las casi dos de la madrugada a comprar agua y pastillas , pense que estaba solo el del loby y no tenia a 4 personas mas sentadas descansando en los sillones
