It was a great time.
Pros:

Descanso en un ambiente hermoso y lleno de paz

Todo increíble. Desde que llegamos atenciones de primera por parte de Rainier. La habitación super cómoda. La vista espectacular . Ei desayuno rico y abundante. En el desayuno Rodrigo nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Esperamos poder volver. 100% recomendado

Lo máximo en Santiago.
Pros:

Es un Hotel totalmente renovado con excelente elegante . 10 de 10. Las atenciones de Anderson magnífica atenciones . Respuesta inmediata a todo. Hablar de la suite matrimonial; eso es lo mejor que tiene Santiago que ofrecer a un huéspedes, tiene una biblioteca con mobiliario modernos y varias obras para leer. También posee un salón de reuniones con medio baño para las personas que nos visiten , todo climatizado y nuevo. Además tiene una sala amplia con detalles finos para reuniones más privadas .en cada zona hay tv. Todo eso es parte de la suite. Ya dentro de la habitación amplia, closet cómodo, detalles de artículos personales de calidad , cama gigante y comoda, todo recién instalado, una maravilla, uuuhh ni hablar del amplio balcón con vista a santiago y a las montañas debido que este gran hotel está en montaña a 8 kilómetros de santiago. El desayuno lo pedimos enviaron a la habitación de la suite, una locura. Excelente presentación, abundante , exquisito, jugos natural pura fruta recién realizado. Todo su recurso humano atento hasta vigilante de los amplio estacionamiento. Luce estoy exagerado, la verdad falta más por decir. Lo recomiendo y volvemos en dos semanas. Bendiciones.

Muy bueno, pero no pidan los datos de la tarjeta de credito de garantia.

La calidad del alojamiento es superior, y en el restaurante nos fue muy bien

Cons:

Que me pidoeron dejar los datos de la tarjeta de crédito para "garantia" eso hoy en dia genera mucha preocupación a los clientes. Al fin pensaba irme asi me cobraran la noche, pero aceptaron que dejara US$100 que luego me devolvieron.
