Cons:

Brak możliwości uzyskania deski do prasowania i żelazka mimo czterokrotnej eskalacji tej kwestii. Nikt nie pochylił się z recepcji aby wyjaśnić sprawę z ekipą sprzątającą w czym jest problem że deską i żelazko nie mogły być dostarczone pomimo, że pracownik recepcji potwierdził ich dostępność do pobrania. „Pomoc” ograniczała się jedynie do wysyłania SMS do ekipy sprzątającej które w ciągu 1,5 h nie była w stanie zrealizować prostego zadania.
Kolejna kwestia to śniadania- brak jedzenia w trakcie po skończeniu się konkretnych produktów np. Jejecznica, kiełbaski, warzywa, cytryna etc. Personel reagował z opóźnieniem co wiązało się z 20 min oczekiwaniem na doniesienie oczekiwanego jedzenia zamiast reagować gdy widzi że coś się już kończy. Dodatkowo brakowało sztućców i też trzeba było się przypomnieć.

Bardzo miła i uprzejma Pani w recepcji.

Cons:

Brak możliwości zjedzenia kolacji o godz 20:35, mało kompetentny personel restauracji...
Jak na cztery gwiazdki w tej cenie to wszystko bardzo przeciętne szczególnie wystrój lobby i restauracji.

Cons:

Niestety brak bezpłatnego parkingu dla klientów, cena za parkowanie przy hotelu wynosi 50 PLN
