Pros:

We had a lovely stay, which met our expectations and has a fantastic location, just across from the beach. A special thank you to Angie at reception, who was so kind, attentive, and helpful. When our first room had an unpleasant smell, she quickly arranged a room change for us and made sure we were comfortable. She also recommended great restaurants and shared helpful tips on what to visit around the island. Her warm and friendly service really made a difference to our stay. Thank you, Angie!

Urlaub mit Ruhe, Entspannung und besten Panoramablick vom Balkon.
Pros:

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr nett, immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ausstattung war top man konnte von Klimaanlage bis Licht vom Bett aus alles steuern, top. Zimmer top sauber, auch Platz für alles sehr gut. Lage top Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Wasser herrlich dafür hat sich der Preis echt gelohnt. Keine Kinder in Hotel ebenfalls top.

Cons:

Der Pool war immer voll, man musste um mal einen Tag am Pool zu verbringen leider schon morgens Liegen blockieren, sowie andere Gäste - die dieses tgl. machten.
Veranstaltungen die am Abend im eigenen Haus statt finden könnte man besser mitteilen, bewerben. Man hat sie nur selbst gesehen, öfter auch zu spät und schon was verpasst weil nur ein kleiner Zettel an der Seite angebracht war. Schade, ein Schild was etwas größer ist im Weg wäre fast besser, weil es richtig tolle Auftritte waren.

Poloha priamo na plazi, pekny vyhlad z balkona, Xisco je dusou hotela, ale aj ostatny personal bol mily a napomocny.

Cons:

Lezadla pri bazene mohli byt pohodlnejsie a vecere napaditejsie.

Location is perfect. 1 min to beach and 2 min to bus stops also very close to grocery shops.

Cons:

When we arrived the hotel the guy(bald one idk the name)at the reception was not kind and did not explain everything(where can you reach SPA, do they have a quick shower outside after sea or before pool, no info about roof top pool or bar etc.) clearly but luckily the others were very kind.The pool was smaller than the images and no chance to swim only thing you can do just stand. Last day we wanted to use SPA to use that we needed towels and swim caps but there was no one at SPA reception we needed to wait more than 15 mins( we needed to leave soon that's why this 15 mins was important for us)

Pros:

Местоположението на хотела и отношението на персонала в ресторанта!

Cons:

Единствено не ми хареса, че не предложиха нищо за late check out и не ни бяха уведомили , че не мога да се ползват душовете след 18 ч. и не реагираха по никакъв начин.

Often stayed at this hotel and will continue to do so.
Pros:

Great location on seafront. Great room, overlooking Palma Bay. Ample breakfast choices with excellent service from Xisco and staff. Value for money car park, attached to the hotel. Easy distance to and from airport. We stayed twice in the space of 2 weeks.

Cons:

Water from shower would leak into bathroom.

Pros:

L’emplacement , la propreté et only Adults .

Cons:

Le local à vélo . Trop compliqué quand on n’a pas de force pour monter ou descendre le vélo surtout quand c’est un électrique
