Pros:

Café da manhã com tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Frutas com opções boas. Frios bons também. Piscina na cobertura é maravilhosa! Cama era um pouco macia de mais. Funcionários atenciosos.

Room comfortable, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Nobody spoke English and despite asking as early as 3 weeks before departure the type of invoice I needed and agreed on it while there I still have not received it. They do not answer emails. I tried also with the translator but they completely ignored me, even at the desk. I asked the invoice again at the departure and they said they would have sent it to me by email but they still have not, and they do not answer, now I have problems with my institute. I am extremely disappointed about this.

O hotel é muito bonito, os funcionários são gentis. Adoramos o café da manhã e a piscina . Apenas o espaço fitness deixou a desejar.

Valor é legal mas precisa arrumar mais o local que a localização merece

Os funcionários da recepção e a limpeza do apartamento estava impecável e as moças da limpeza são cordiais

Cons:

Tapioqueiro em alguns dias era mal educado, recepção com cheiro de mofo , internet de outro hotel que funciona super mal no local , tv que trava a internet e cama com divisão e afunda super desgastada e me deixou com a coluna acabada depois de 6 dias dormindo nela. A academia precisa ter mais aparelhos e ser maior …. Impossível malhar ali tá.
