Great location en route to the Highlands, good food and service
Pros:

Very convenient (rural) location just south of Glasgow and off M74 4 star facilities, good food and service

Cons:

Note: this is a wedding hotel 4/7 days a week and we were kept awake 12-2am by noisy wedding guests in corridors and rooms around us. Not conducive to a long drive the next day.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Plenty of parking, lovely grounds, good layout, spacious room, excellent food and very well maintained hotel.

Cons:

Slightly earlier check in would have been helpful bearing in mind we were attending a wedding at the venue.

Generally a great stay but the dirty pillow spoilt my overall impression.
Pros:

Great location, nice breakfast, comfortable environment

Cons:

My pillow was disgustingly dirty with various stains - it should have been binned long ago - night staff gave me an alternative which was clean but not comfortable - this affected my nights sleep

Excellent
Pros:

Property was nice and clean and in a good location.

Cons:

Me and my son booked a stay as we were at Larkhall kart Circuit, on arrival we were upgraded to the Lopez suite and it was excellent, food was also excellent and the lady serving us Lorraine went over and above to make me and my sons meal perfect, Lorraine even had a packed breakfast made for my sons meal as we were leaving early in the morning.
