Fantastic property wonderfully clean, excellent sized rooms, brilliant breakfast, friendly receptionist
The night porter opening my room door for a drunken guest that was unknown to me at 3am. I was in the room with my young grandchild who thankfully didn’t waken
Always love this hotel, the location, the welcome.

Good location for our needs. Quiet room.
Our mattresses were old and worn out, sagging in the middle, not at all comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and people coming from the car park could see straight in. Net curtaining is essential in that room. If the curtains were closed, the room lighting was very poor.
Beautiful grounds, convenient location, great service

Lovely hotel, great rooms, and very helpful staff. Had a great night's sleep.
The location and room were lovely everything you needed was there
Breakfast was excellent in choice and quality

Arrived and error with the type of room, booking was double/twin room. Young lady on desk (Jo?) was excellent, sorted it out while we had a great meal in the restaurant and changed the room and it was a great room and lovely view. She was just so helpful and did a great job. Beautiful hotel, clean, smart, staff were all helpful and polite. Far exceeded what I expected.
Nothing. The staff, especially Jo were excellent
Beautiful and clean.
Ellie on reception super helpful and professional.

Location handy too m74
Rooms too hot, no air conditioning, noisey as they cater for weddings, receptionist was not helpful,l asked about a meal, said the restaraunt was closed, no offer of help, she could have said there was still time to get room service meal!
Stay here all the time and never disappoints. Big car park and lovely rooms.
It can be noisy if there is a wedding on.
Breakfast was good
There was nothing to dislike
