Great place to stay. I will stay at Shreyas next time I visit Pune.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and serving with pleasure.
The location of the hotel is great. It is convenient to travel to other parts of the city from the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was old and mismatched. It did not bother me but I just noticed this.

Just go for location. Expect nothing else.
Pros:

Good central location. Easy to get around.

Cons:

AC was leaking. Saw a cockroach. Very small room for 2. Service definitely needs improvement. It was better earlier in my previous stay. Hot water for limited time. Bed linen and quilt covers had stains. Towels were not that clean. They need to improve on many fronts.
