Nice and decent for the price, the waiting lobby could be a stress buster, with nature views.
Pros:

A property that has retained it's old world charm, small but always busy, buzzing with customers and in the midst of prime real estate. The nicest part? They don't price-gouge for room service -you pay the same if you ordered in the dining room.

Cons:

The collection of water in the bathroom and on the sink countertop, which could've been ameliorated but not a deal breaker!

A centrally located clean hotel, value for money with minimum facilities and not very friendly staff
Cons:

1. It's a double bedroom with two of us staying. They wouldn't give us two keys.
2. The bathroom curtains were missing. Installed after reminding
3. The staff, including reception, behave like government employees. Talk about policies and rules as if we are staying in a hostel. We don't feel treated as customers.
4. The culture still belongs to the ' 70s. They have not changed with the times

Great place to stay. I will stay at Shreyas next time I visit Pune.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and serving with pleasure.
The location of the hotel is great. It is convenient to travel to other parts of the city from the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was old and mismatched. It did not bother me but I just noticed this.

Just go for location. Expect nothing else.
Pros:

Good central location. Easy to get around.

Cons:

AC was leaking. Saw a cockroach. Very small room for 2. Service definitely needs improvement. It was better earlier in my previous stay. Hot water for limited time. Bed linen and quilt covers had stains. Towels were not that clean. They need to improve on many fronts.
