Would definitely stay again
Pros:

loved how close we were to the Pool, and the parking. The layout of the rooms were great, Kitchen well appointed. The communication via email and text was amazing they made it so easy to get in and enjoy the stay.

Cons:

water pressure in the showers wasn't the best, and the bathroom off the main bedroom had broken wood on the door frame

2 nights at Sandy Beach Resort
Pros:

Location of Sandy Beach Resort was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, river cruises, beaches. Comfortable beds, good facilities, friendly staff.

Cons:

Not sure whether body wash isnt provided or whether it was just forgotten but we didn't realise we had to provide our own.

Pros:

Great location walk to river and restaurants.Short bus ride to Hastings Street. Good communication from Hosts John & Tess prior to check in. Unit #16 Large & spacious with 2 car spaces. Well appointed Kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates & glasses. Comfortable beds & good size bathrooms. Lovely pool area.

Cons:

The blinds & carpet need replacing - all stained & looking dated.

Excellent, helpful, friendly management.
Good security. Good bed
Great Noosaville location: on the river with green walking paths, close to restaurants, a shopping center, boat and bus transport.

Cons:

Felt my apt 12 was a bit dated and run-down - with a need of upgrade also to kitchen implements.
Minuscules bathroom.
Two levels, so there ARE stairs (not mentioned in the description - but just spotted in a photo).
Audible neighbours.

Pros:

The location of the apartment is excellent, right along the riverfront with plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, and the resort itself is very nice. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.

Cons:

However, the apartment was somewhat disappointing for the price paid. It could benefit from some modernisation, including a fresh coat of paint and a more thorough clean. The twin room in particular felt quite dated. We also found that the kitchen drawers, cutlery, and cookware were not as clean as expected.
There were a few maintenance issues as well — for example, the door to the pool area was difficult to operate and often jammed.
During our four-night stay, items such as toilet paper and towels were not replenished, which was disappointing and impacted our overall experience.
While the location and resort amenities were strong positives, we did not feel the apartment itself offered good value for money in its current condition.

Pros:

Great communication before we arrived. Lovely welcome when we arrived at the accommodation. The apartment was clean, air conditioning on so rooms were lovely and cool. Had everything we needed.
